So much for no odor
The cow ears arrived on time and as described with the exception of the odor. There is DEFINITELY an odor. Even the dog who loves smelly things wasn't impressed. I left the bag open hoping the odor would dissipate but it seems to be hanging in there. Dog will eat them willingly but given an alternative chooses something else. The price is good as is the ear size. Don't think I would buy them again due to the odor.

Aggresive chewer
They smell bad in the bag but they do not smell up the room while he chews on them. My dog ia a 65lb bull dog mix and is a very aggresive chewer. These ear last him about 15 mins. The chew itself doesnt last him very long but anything of that sort never does...The health benefits of him chewing, the value size bag, high quality product and the nutrition that he recieves from these ears are priceless. I will be buying them again!

Furballs say "meh"
First, these do smell. Perhaps they could smell a lot worse and these are "odor free" by comparison, but they turned my stomach and I'm not even vegetarian. Second, my testers were not impressed. Out of three German Shepherds, one thought they were okay, two weren't interested until I added a coating of peanut butter, and even then one of them pretty much just licked off the peanut butter. I will be going back to their former dental chews.

My Dog Won't Eat These!
Well, after 14 years, we (my dog and I) have finally found a food or treat that she refuses to eat. She dislikes these ears and I don't know why. She has always enjoyed the other brands throughout the years. Even the texture of these, she's had before in another brand. This dog inhales her treats normally!

Long lasting compared to pig ears
I decided to give these a try as a cheaper alternative to pig ears. My older Pug doesn't like them because she is the instant gratification type of Pug, and she chews to eat. My younger Pug was kind of "meh" about them in the beginning, but he chews on them a lot now. The cow ears don't "flake" like pig ears do. I would also much rather find these in buried in the bed than pig ears.

Maybe that's a good thing, but my dogs didn't really love them ...
These aren't the white cow ears you might be used to seeing at big-chain pet stores. Maybe that's a good thing, but my dogs didn't really love them like they usually do. Not sure why. Wish they could tell me. Great price but not if my guys aren't crazy about them.

The dogs like them, good size to price balance.
I like these; I usually get the large white prime cut type and the dogs (2 whippets) like them, but these are good for a change from those. (they smell more than the white ones, and are thinner, sort of like pig ears, but softer and less greasy than pig ears)There are a couple of suppliers for this type, but these are the only ones I've repeat purchased as they're pretty good size for the price for this style and the dogs will eat them entirely in a day or two. They do smell a bit, more than the white ones coming out of the bag, but about the same when being chewed.

Highly recommend for any one looking for a natural chew toy ...
I have a small mixed breed, weighing only 8lbs..who was chewing on EVERYTHING...shoes, furniture, rugs, etc. Got these Baxter Boy Cow ears...and he plays with nothing else until they are gone! Will def purchase again when we run out...but the bag is HUGE and we received alot more than expected. Highly recommend for any one looking for a natural chew toy to keep their pup busy!
