As far as i have researched for Beginners, it is the best protein out their with creatine.Its value for money since at 1200 you get both.It tastes well and showing good results.

Please never buy this product. It is the worst and cheapest protein in market , but don't look for money only , look for your health. It causes bloating, pain in stomach, loose motions and taste is very bad .Please never buy.🙏

Bhai itni gandi packing hai you open it once and fir yeh khula hi rehta hai the quality is so bad packaging ki .. whey and creatine is good 4 months regular mngwake then review diya hai . Packaging sucks big time !!!
