Overall a great product and a must have for technique
I’ve been training in a pool for triathlons for about 13 years now. This is the first time I’ve owned a pair of fins and they are a game changer. I’ve always considered myself a strong swimmer, grew up surfing, but not a fast swimmer. These fins help me truly understand the value of the flutter kick during freestyle. I’ve been having faster laps without fins thanks to understanding the true feeling of how the flutter should work and how to pair it with my longer stroke when I’m doing distance swimming. They have a solid build, yet are not heavy. They do not chafe at all and fit perfectly based on the size guide. Overall a great product and a must have if you are looking to improve your swim technique and speed.

Buy one if you are a serious swimmer
I returned one due to sizes, but bought back exactly the same one with the right size. Improved my kicks.

Comfortable and well made
Recently bought the XL. Fit was right on the money. After using them they appear well made and were very comfortable.

still testing but good
I bought them with fear that they would not work for me, but they have a true fit according to the table, I use Vaseline to prevent rubbing from irritating me but that is to make it faster to put on the flaps. They are tight, if you are not sure of your size, look for reference from several brands or someone who already has them, also check your size with several shoes at home. In practice they have helped me to be aware of my kicks, I have been improving in a short time of use.

Great fins!
I swam competitively, swam Masters, and still swim multiple times a week on my own. So I'm used to training with fins and it's always been difficult for me to find comfortable fins that don't press into my pinkies or cut into your ankles or tops of your toes, etc. It's also because I have a bit of wider feet too. Depending on the shoes, I wear a 2E wide as opposed to a 4E extra wide. I can get into most shoes, it just may be a little tight. I'm a huge fan of TYR products—I prefer them over the other brands, personally. I had an older pair of TYR fins made of rubber. They've served me well, but depending on how swelled up my feet from other activities like running, hiking, etc. the fins could be uncomfortable at times and cuts into the tops of my toes. When I saw that these were made of silicone, I was intrigued to try them out. Right out of the gate, I could tell that these were not going to dig into my feet in any way. There aren't really any sharp edges. Super easy to get on and off since they're made of silicone. Much lighter too than my old rubber fins of the same length. My only concern might be that I have wider fit and they fit nicely—not super tight or super loose. So it makes me wonder if someone had narrow feet, then these might be too loose and would have to wear socks with them. But for me, they work perfectly. I'm going to retire my old ones now!

No Spinal Pain
Great pool fins. In combination with webbed pool gloves, will help you take the pressure and strain off your thoracic, cervical and lumbar spinal areas by helping to keep your legs from dropping down too far in the water. I originally bought a small (US 6.5-7.5 size). They hurt my toes so I exchanged them for a medium (US 7.5-8.5 size). I am a 7.5 US shoe size. The medium is super comfortable, but I notice that my right angle hurts when I swim on my back, not while swimming on my front though. Could be my 71 year old angle, or that fin is just a little too big for me. I will try a fin sock on that foot to see if it makes a difference.

Sizing Information
Sizing explanation and unclear; I wear 8.5 sizing guide suggested 6-7 when in reality I should have got 8-9. Would have returned sooner but it was a gift so never opened it until too late for return date.
