Quality is good

it should be consumed in less quantity. The single capsule is very potent means it is really strong. black seed is hot in its nature. Because of its potency it may irritate the stomach. 7 to 8 black seeds are recommended but this single capsule may be of 2 to 3 teaspoon oil black seed. They should offer in small quantity so the buyer can try before buying the complete bottle.
