Q: Is there pork in these casings?

hard plastic u can add meats in, can not eat these casings--martin

Q: Will these work for Liverwurst?

These worked for fine grind venison with cheese and jalapeños, so I think it would work

Q: over estimated my weight any sugestions on what to do with 5# of seasoned cured summer sausage? (not cooked) ran out of caseing

You can always freeze it and fry it later for biscuit n gravy . Make patties ect.

Q: you guys don't give extra string for the other side?

I had to use my own string to tie the fill end. Also, had to poke several holes in casing to let moisture escape.
