The ingredients are straightforward and the blueberry taste is strong, if a bit sweet. But, it's an easy way to add several nutrients (NAD, trans-resveratrol, collagen) with just a few drops. The dropper is marked up to 1 mL, and it's a 2 mL serving size. If the taste is too strong you can mix it with water.

Very ineffective. I tried for a month and didn't feel a boost in energy. I'd like a refund.

Tastes nice and I like not having pill form. Yes the dropper is a weak squeeze, but not a deal breaker for me. Will order again.

Going to assume this isn’t your first NAD rodeo and you know why you’re looking at a NAD supplement. (Very, very useful.)The dropper is terrible. Worst I’ve used on a liquid supplement and while liquid is nicer that big capsules, they can already be messy. This one doesn’t have the strength to fill the dropper with even one half (1ml) of the recommended dose. On top of that, it doesn’t expel well. Liquids already have the problem of not clearing even good droppers because some clings to the inner walls. So it’s hard to say what amounts you’re really getting. And it will drip if you’re not extra careful.The total NR is very nice. The extras are good. Taste is fine. Replaced a different NAD+ (also NR) and there was no boost. If there’s a drop-off, it’s not much. But this was a higher dose, so I expected it might be a little more helpful. (There does seem to be a max amount that this will do as well as a minimum before you find it effective. YMMV, mine seems around 750.) I will say another NAD/NR liquid seemed to really work well, but that one was liposomal.Not supplement seems decent, but the dropper is terrible.You can do better.

As a senior I’ve tried several products to increase energy. NMN gave me a noticeable boost but it is very expensive. I’ve read that NAD supplements can be just as good and not nearly as expensive. This brand came to my attention and has everything I wanted. It is an all-in-one formula with the needed co-factors of Resveratrol and Quercetin for the best possible results. I tend to have an afternoon slump and will need a nap unless I take NMN or this NAD supplement. I take it in the morning and it lasts all day. This liquid NAD actually seems to work more reliably than the NMN pills I had. The taste is pretty good with a hint of blueberry flavor so I just drop it in my mouth. It says it can also be mixed in juice or water. It’s supposed to support healthy aging and a healthy brain as well as energy levels. This isn’t any kind of stimulant so don’t expect miracles, but you may notice some subtle benefits. I’ve read that the people who are low in NAD are the ones who benefit the most. If you aren’t low in NAD then you may not feel anything. For me, this is a keeper!
