Boxing Reflex Ball Fight Speed Punching Ball On String With Headband Boxing Training Equipment Improves Hand Eye Coordination

Was looking for something for light training as well as improving my boxing reflexes and this has so far been great. Came in a nice package and the build quality is really good as well. It is by no means as easy to as I first thought but I'm sure I'll get better at landing the punches with a few days practice.

I got this for our 10 year old who constantly bounces balls off my walls and the side of the house so I’d have some peace and quiet for a bit. He loves this. And the rest of the family does too. Also got him some boxing gloves to go with this.

I only received the headband and the red ball. Didn’t receive the black ball or anything else that was in the description.
