Very good quality.....rather than Hot boxes I recommend this basket for rotis they are really fresh.... Soft & warm.

Normal chapatti cloth in a casserole better
The cane underneath the cloth is of low quality with thin long splinters everywhere which made it tedious to remove the cloth for washing. The padding in the middle is flimsy which didn’t help in keeping the roti warm .

Not good for regular use
Chapati is an everyday food and this product cannot be washed frequently. It has a jute basket underneath which is very inconvenient to remove and wash. The cloth quality seems to be good though so can be used once in a while. I am back to using the simple cotton cloth for chapati storage purpose which can be washed in every 3-4 days or less.
