Nice set but bad for our 50 year old backs
This set was pretty cool but all we really needed was the ab roller but that part didn't work out well for us. This type of ab roller has no rebound mechanism or pulleys so it was pretty bad for our backs. We returned the set. It may be better for younger people but our 20 year old kids didn't really prefer this type either.

A little disappointed
Unfortunately to my dismay when I opened the bag one of the wheels was missing I only have two I do believe it's supposed to be three I only received two thank you

I was very pleased with this fitness kit! I love how all the equipment came with a carrying bag so it’s easy to bring along with me to the gym or even to use at home. The knee pads were very helpful as well when getting started. Also, all of the pieces included are great quality for a great price!

This is a great product to get a quick workout in if one has a busy schedule and cannot reach the gym. It has all the basic equipment to get a solid workout in, trust me, I was sweating after doing circuit training with these items. They are beautifully crafted and function easily, even a 7 year old can do it! Always great to mix up training styles and this eqiupment by core crush makes training fun and interesting!

Great Gift!
Got this as a gift for my niece! The bands were really strong and not flimsy like some of the other ones. Everything came in a nice compact box and was great that everything came in one pack. Overall I think she very much enjoyed it!

One of the best products Ive bought. It super veristle, lightweight, and easy to transport. The bag provides for closure of all the pieces and they fit snug in the bag. All these are easy to bring along any gym day or even a quick 30 min excersize at home. Youll never regret buying this. Also super durable not made with cheap plastic.
