What a great mixture of all kinds of gel pads to fit in my shoes. I wasn't sure which of the kinds of pads to order, then i saw this, with all the kinds in one small box.So far, I like Both of the kinds of gel pads that stick into the back of the heels, and also, I really like those pads for the ball of foot, and those are great in high heels.These can be moved from shoe to shoe, not sure for how long? but, so far, I have been able to move them from shoe to shoe, til i decide which pads are needed for which shoes. Then, i might order another package of these protectors, as i do have a LOT of shoes!really comfortable, i recommend. I got a package of these for my daughter, too, she liked them.

The definitely enhance comfort, but their lack of stickiness is a problem. They come unstuck every time shoes go on or off, and even on, they don't hold their placement very well, so if you find your ideal comfort placement, there's no guarantee it'll stay that comfortable throughout the day. I wouldn't purchase them again.Edit: After another couple attempts at using these, they really are totally ineffective. When you walk for a minute or two, they slide and move around, and I even had one work its way up and flop out of the heel I was wearing. Not comfortable, and not a good professional look when you're walking to a meeting and have one of these fall out of your shoe.
