Spa-Quality Facial Steamer That Delivers Real Results
I’ve been using this professional facial steamer for a few weeks now, and it has completely elevated my skincare routine. The hot ozone mist is incredibly effective—it opens up my pores, softens my skin, and helps my products absorb so much better. After each session, my skin feels clean, refreshed, and noticeably more radiant. What I really appreciate is how well-designed the steamer is. It’s sturdy, easy to move around thanks to the smooth wheels, and the adjustable stand makes it comfortable to use whether I’m standing or seated. It heats up quickly and produces a steady stream of steam that lasts the entire session without interruption. Whether you're a professional esthetician or just serious about your at-home skincare, this steamer is a fantastic investment. It brings that luxurious spa feeling into your own space while delivering visible results. I couldn’t be happier with it and highly recommend it to anyone looking to take their skincare to the next level.

Many thoughtful details (but then…other stuff)
First of all, this freestanding steamer (it is NOT rechargeable; you need to keep it plugged in for it to work) is wonderful for a lot of reasons. The mist is a great temperature, and truly microfine, so even after 10-15 minutes under it, your face isn’t dripping with condensate (though it’s obviously going to be “dewy” from the mist and some sweat). The casters, while not fantastic, are better than many similar style casters that one would find on cheap office furniture. Be aware that their “pins” (which insert into the base) are much skinnier than the more standard size you’d find on similar items, so if you opt to replace them with upgraded wheels, double-check the sizing. The assembly instructions are straightforward enough, though it’s pretty intuitive. Goes together quickly and easily, no problems at all. Using distilled water is recommended, to avoid any scale or build-up of minerals, etc. I just keep a gallon in the fridge. YES, there’s a water-fill port, but I find it really cumbersome because the opening is small. If you’re filling from a large or bulky container, you’re probably going to end up with a mess. Also, it’s really tough to see the reservoir’s “max fill” line while you’re pouring into the opening (which is on top of the machine). It’s a nice idea, but I find it far simpler just to remove the reservoir, fill it up, and reattach it. Let me first discuss two of the buttons: power and steam. Obviously, the power button turns it on to start heating the water, which takes about 3-4 minutes. Be aware that the water will literally boil in the reservoir, so don’t touch it (duh). Mine defaults to the “steam” button being ON, which means that as soon as the water’s hot enough, it’ll start spewing steam. If you don’t want that right away, turn OFF the steam button – but realize that built-up steam has to go SOMEWHERE, so even if the “steam” button is OFF, you’ll still have some residual steam coming out of the nozzle. The third button allows you to set the time that the steamer will run (five-minute increments from 5 to 30). This is handy, but if your regimen is very specific, be aware that the timer begins immediately, which means that it includes any “preheating” time. About the nozzle: it says that it rotates 360°, and it does. But that’s literally rotating the angled arm that protrudes out of the base: you can spin it so that the mist is going down, or up, or sideways, etc., but you CANNOT adjust the ANGLE of the arm, which I find a failure. Because it’s at an angle and you need to be some 9-11” away from the opening to avoid burns, this means that if the machine is on one side or other of your table/bed and you’re lying down, one side of your face is going to get more steam than the other. If you have the machine at the END of your table/bed (i.e., at the “head”), you’ll get more even facial steaming, but some people may not have room for that. I wish that the angle of the nozzle itself (or even just the angle of the head) could be adjusted, so that I could put it directly over my face and aim it straight down. The instructions are clear about not putting any essential oils directly into the water reservoir. Instead, they give you a few little spongy “sticks” that you can put into a little clip on the nozzle head, and add some oil to those. This basically makes the ozone mist pass over/through the oil on the “sponge stick” and scent the mist. I have no idea how one gets refills for these, or if you could use something else instead. My steamer included three of them (note: they look like they may go into the TOP of the machine, where the water-fill opening is, but that’s NOT where they go – read the directions and look at the photos!). I also wish that the cord were longer; it’s somewhat limiting from a portability standpoint. All in all, it does what it does well…but I wish that it made attempts to do some things even better. Thanks for reading; I hope that my review helps you out!

Professional facial steam
Worked great for me. I didn't encounter any issues, and set up was a breeze. The heat was great and the steam quality was superb. It seems to be very durable and easy to clean up. 5/5 I would recommend.
