Bloating seems to have gone down.. so that's good. Not sure about gas relief as it makes you fart alot

I’ve ordered this a few times. I find myself slightly unsure on its effectiveness… I take it daily. When I run out, maybe for a day or two I notice constipation but then my body will adjust and I can go without the supplement. I’d say this could be useful if you experience consistent bouts of bloating - which I don’t! I find I’m able to control bloating with my dietary choices.

This definately helps with bloat and discomfort, it doesn't seem to help with constipation though. I am ordering my second jar. :)

Although it doesn’t take a hundred percent of the bloat away, it definitely helps! I have sensitive stomach it works great.

I cannot honestly really rate this product because I have only used it one day. I need to use it for a period of days to determine if it will really give me the results I am looking for.

I love this stuff! I’ve been taking it for a few years and feel the difference when I don’t take it. Keeps the bloating down which helps with my IBS stomach pain. No it’s not a miracle worker but any help is much appreciated.
