Good customer service
Nice cool air however part displaced during transport causing machine to leak. Great customer service to solve the problem.

Unit I recieved was obviously second hand
Came in Arctic Air Boxing, very similar to the JML model.The actual unit is exactly the same.A bit unfortunate that minr had clearly been used before as the filter had dust in it.Apart from that it's ok for the money.Paid £13.99 at the time. Not worth more than that in all honesty.It does what the description says.Noise is fairly moderate, I have this on when Im at my desk working or playing games.The water does well to cool the breeze, use Ice and it works even better!Overall decent product. I just wish mine hadn't been 'second hand'.

Defective
The unit is unusable, the place where the lead plugs in to the power port is damaged, the lead will not go in, so I can't use it. It looks quite smart but it doesn’t work. I have contacted the seller three times about it but still nothing is being done to rectify the situation.

Defective and proving difficult to get a refund.
Doesn’t work, fan is broken. Waste of money. Tried getting refund but so far, nothing Received! Avoid at all costs.

Poor quality leaking plastic box
Took for ever to arrive . Cheap plastic box which leaked when filled. A peculiar smell comes from it as well as water. Dont bother wasting your money.

Cool off a bit but not too far from him, need to be extra carefull to not spill it everywhere.

Wouldn't recommend this item.
Took weeks to arrive and it never worked, got it out of the box and one of the slatts seemed to be broken. Wouldn't recommend it at all.
