The clips don’t hold the rollers in place, the rollers slide out as unlike Carmen rollers, they dont have any bristles, totally useless after several attempts to make them work!Had to pay extra for a plug which is now totally useless. Not impressed!Only given from 24th December (delivery) until 31st December to return the item when Amazon offices and post offices mainly closed. Now I can’t return the goods??? Awaiting your solution / refund thank you.

Threw ere no clips delivered with the rollers which was inconvenient
It has an American plug so an adaptor is required. They heat up very quickly and are very effective and the curls hold. I have 3 different types of heated rollers and these are the best. Would have been better with custom made clips which are illustrated in the accompanying photo

GOOD VALUEQ
The curlers were perfect with a good range of sizes. My only problem was they didn't come with a UK plug so had to buy an adaptor before I could use them

CLIPS NOT INCLUDED
Therere are no clips! They say they are included in the kit but there not here. They did warm up quickly and the package is compact for travel BUT no clips and I have no idea what size clips to buy even if I bought them separately… crazy. RETURN!

Lack of clip
There weren't any hair clips to go with the rollers so I gave no way to secure them

No clips had to buy another plug cost me nearly double
Couldn’t use until I bought another plug and some clips cost me a lot more money not happy

Should state what plug it is.
You should mention what type of plug it is. Show a picture like I have. I wouldn't have wasted my money. You need an adapter, so it's going to cost more. I wish I had never bought these rollers.
