OTC Support is non existent.
I own an OTC Stinger portable hydraulic set. I ordered this ram so that I wouldn't have fitment issues with the coupler. OTC has changed their coupler. I called OTC customer support twice (long hold times), and left a message both times for a callback. No response ever. I had to use old coupler from leaking ram to accomplish my project at the time. I OTC is going to changed their exact replacement part, then they need to include any and all couplers they have used in the past so their current replacement will work seamlessly. I could have just purchased a whole new Harbor Freight set for not much more money. Thanks OTC.

Great, except coupler is wrong threat, am trying find right one. Threads are metric.

The quality is good. But the coupler for screwing the hydraulic was not universal.
