Adjustable cuff works well on even large arms, a major advantage over similar products.
I have had difficulty using the average automatic BP machine on a person with a large upper arm. This cuff is long enough to solve that problem, and is well designed.

I first started out with a cuff monitor which did not work well. So I got the upper arm monitor - what a relief! Accurate readings. I feel very confident with this monitor.

I recommend this product, especially if you or someone in your family has to take reading of their blood pressure. It is easy to use and very accurate.

Value and quality
I believe this device better than "Wrist" type which Dr. recommended most. But strong suggestion is should come with DC power adapter.

It's fast, efficient and easy to use. I'm not sure how tight to wrap the cuff initially, however.
