Ok, admit it, you’ve been looking at the more expensive metal spinners/tops (MUCH more expensive...), and you’re wondering if these things could be as good?Well, I never purchased the crazy expensive ones, but this is a very nice spinning top. Solid, well-made, and nice looking.What I like most about this spinning top is the price. Because after it arrived, and I spun it a few times... I realized that it’s not nearly as much fun as I had imagined.I’m not saying that it’s not fun, because it is, but seriously.... it’s a top. How many times are you actually going to spin it and watch it slowly spin down??I was glad that I was able to find a nice one, and experience the fun of it, without spending the crazy amounts that some of the other sellers are charging.If you’re looking for a nice, solid metal top, and you don’t want to spend a lot of money, buy this one!If money is no object to you... buy one of the Titanium ones from the other sellers... (and feel free to share your unneeded money with me!)

This is a great top! Ordered two - one for myself and one for my 6 year old son - he likes to spin tops and see whose top spins the longest :-)This top is super-well balanced - spins beautifully - my spins easily pass 3 minutes - my son's spins last a minute or so. The top is small but relatively heavy and shines nicely. It is easy to put in your pocket, not easily damaged, easy to spin, spins a long time and spins so perfectly that you can't hardly tell it's moving at all it is so well balanced - once it settles down after you initially get it going.I also like that it is copper which has anti-microbial properties :-)I had no trouble at all spinning this top and neither did my 6-year old! Very glad we bought these. Also, it came pretty fast for me - I guess they have to advertise the maximum time it may take but got mine in about 2 weeks.

The top seems to be well made. Spins for a long time, but like all tops performs best on a very smooth, very flat surface. My grandkids, ages 5 and 8, preferred the flip top which I purchased at the same time. Maybe as they get older they will appreciate this one more. To me, it is a nice top that works well.

This spinning top is a true piece of art. The weight is solid and the spin is true. You cannot beat this for the price. My first spin right out of the box clocked at 2.38 minutes. The top grip allows for an easy spin. The top is packaged in a nice plastic holder case. It really compares nicely to tops that are selling for $50 and over. It does take a few weeks to arrive but it is coming from China so that was not even an issue. If you like to fidget and want something that will keep you mesmerized for hours than spend the $8 and get this piece as it will last a lifetime. I am really impressed with this one.

The media could not be loaded.  This is an awesome top definitely in my top 10 so far. Excellent craftsmanship and there's knurling at the tip for a better grip. It's the perfect size and shape. If you ever ever ever ever get the chance you deathly need to purchase this top and add it to your collection. It's so easy to spare you can get carried away for long periods of time. So far my best spend time is about 4 mins and 45 sec. i'm sure on the right surface I could probably get 5 minutes or better. The packaging is nice it comes in a clear cube. A small pouch or bag to carry it in would be nice. I hope whoever made this designes a new one real soon. 👍👍👍

I had high expectations for this top based on the reviews. This is not my first top. The balance is quite poor and it vibrates when spinning (on a concave glass lens). The weight and finish are nice but completely secondary. The top has to be a good spinner. Maybe I got a dud. The packaging was off too. The top was loose in the package and did not fit in the white foam holder (one of the customer photos shows their top fitting nicely in the white foam holder). It was too big and didn't fit. It didn't have the KCTTCH logo etched on the bottom as shown in the picture. Maybe the wrong top was packaged? At any rate, the top I received is not a 5-star top.

Smaller than expected. Photo makes it look big. It's about the size of a U.S quarter.

All of the positive reviews for this top helped me decide to order one. Like other reviewers I wasn’t ready to invest $30 plus for a spinning top, although some of them are beautiful works of art. Mine arrived from China in less than 2 weeks in a padded Manila mailing envelope. The clear plastic cube that it came in had 2 hairline cracks in it but the top itself was unharmed. The polished gold finish is flawless and is quite pretty to look and the top has a nice weight to it. Taking a cue from a previous reviewer I got a 5” cosmetic mirror from Dollar “G” for $3.00 to use as a spinning base. After a little practice I’m getting consistent 3-4 minute spins with a few going just over 5 minutes. Immediately after spinning the top it makes a pleasing whirring sound until it settles in and straightens up. On a good spin it will straighten up in one spot and appears to be perfectly still until it starts to weaken. IMO this top is a bargain for the price, so much so that I was going to order 2 more to give to my grown kids but alas they weren’t available. I kept monitoring Amazon and they were recently available again so I ordered 2. According to tracking info they should arrive in next few days. I am anxious to see if these are as good as the first one. Maybe I’ll get one of the nicer more expensive tops in the future but for now this one works just fine.
