afv club scimitar, my experience with this kit
if like me you have made mostly Tamiya this kit is nowhere near as good, the fittings of the road wheels for example are very loose and need to be glued in place and the instructions are rubbish, when you read them it will say use part d12 for example but in fact it should be c12, this gives you some idea as to what expect, another problem i hade was in painting the tracks using reveille silver and painting by hand it does not go on very easily in fact i had to over paint with Tamiya dark iron to try and make it look half decent. so to sum up, for what you pay this is not a good buy, and is not suitable for young or inexperienced modelers. sorry afv club but you are not up to it i my books

Be prepared to have experience with such a good but far detailed model quite a lot of small parts
It helped to pass the time a early version of tamiya but be careful of the tracks very thin but I liked it

Good for its age.
Not keen on the vinyl tracks, but otherwise pretty good for a kit that's nearly thirty years old!
