Michelle Farms Gluten Free Original Bread Crumbs, 9 Ounce

This product is a game changer for us. It is allergy friendly for us as well as it has good flavor and maintains a bit of crunch when used as a breading on chicken. I have a family favorite lemon chicken recipe that calls for breaded chicken. I used corn cereal until we found out we have a corn intolerance. Then I switched to a rice cereal, but it made the breaded chicken mushy, not crunchy. Then I found other gf bread crumbs, but they had eggs in them. When I found this product, I was skeptical. When we tried it we were so pleased with the flavor and texture. I am going to reorder this product.

I've tried many different gluten free bread crumbs but these are my favorite. Great for breading and cooking.They aren't hard like some of the gluten free tend to be.

Have used this in many dishes due to being gluten free. Others (who are not gluten free) have never been able to tell the difference. They work just like normal bread crumbs. Simple to use and good flavor. Nice to have in the pantry.

These are so good. They taste so similar to non-GF breadcrumbs. I use them mostly as breading for chicken, and they have a nice crunchy texture even after frying. Much better than the GF panko we’ve been able to get at the store. I’m going to start buying these in bulk!

I've had a heck of a time finding gluten free bread crumbs in my local store, so I was glad I was able to find these. These are perfect for meatballs or a certain stuffed pepper recipe that I have with ground beef or turkey.

This is a very good product. Are used primarily to thicken soups and sauces, but also for coating fish.Well done!

i used as breading and it was weirdly crunchy, like corn flakes or uncooked rice ?

Consistent crumb makes a great topping for tetrazzini or filler for turkey burgers and meatballs. Obviously, not all grocers carry GF bread crumbs, so we get them online. These were just as I’d hoped and the shaker container is very convenient.
