The media could not be loaded.  I install and/or bench test many of these units on a regular basis. Anything under priced in the range is typically the same item with a different name stamped on the front. This system has a very unique driver board and case design which make it not only very user friendly but the monitor and components in the bundle have an elegant luxury type appearance that you won’t find anywhere else. Nice and clean without various buttons filling up space that could be used for a larger screen, CoolWoo did this right. You cannot go wrong with this purchase and they have an EXCELLENT 5 STAR customer support team on standby should you find the need to speak to someone. Typical responses to emails came within 2-6 hours but never more than 8-10 hours before getting your question answered or any other help you may be seeking for their products. They care about their customers and their satisfaction before and after purchases.

For me the monitor is too big and blocked too much of my windshield view so I ended up mounting it above where a review mirror would normally be installed. The stand doesn't adequately support the monitor and it shakes while driving. The unit works well and provides a reasonably clear image albeit the images appear much further away than they really are. It works and meets my needs but I'd like a more sturdy monitor stand and a smaller monitor. Wiring to the camera on my old RV was extensive. If I were to do it again I would go with a wireless camera system.

Wonderful camera but can’t get the remote to respond at all. Have changed battery but no response. Limited instruction. System was easily installed but no trouble shooting instructions.

I recently used this camera system for the first time on an extended trip towing my 24 foot camper with a 2003 Ford F150 truck. Having it to monitor traffic behind my camper was an important addition to my towing safety, and to my peace of mind. It was especially useful in big cities where there were multiple lanes of fast-moving, lane-changing vehicles.There was an initial problem with video interference when both cameras were used. I contacted Coolwoo by e-mail and they responded promptly. They sent a replacement power cable and the interference problem was almost entirely eliminated. They were also prompt and helpful in answering my other questions. Based on my experience, I rate their customer service as excellent.There are a couple of points worth noting. A pair of 20 m cables are supplied to connect the cameras to the video display. Those cables would work for a large Class-A or Class-C motorhome. But, with a towed camper, one needs to disconnect the cables between the rear of the truck and the tongue of the camper. To address that need I purchased two pairs of aftermarket cables with the same type of locking connectors - 5 m cables for the truck and 10 m cables for the camper. Offering two pairs of cables would be a desirable option for camping trailer use.Also, as is the case with most rear view cameras, do not expect high definition resolution. But, for monitoring traffic I rate the video quality as good. I liked the large 9 inch monitor. But I found it somewhat obscured my view when mounted on the windshield or dash. Instead, I improvised a way to mount it forward of the truck's center console. That worked well.Overall, I was quite pleased with this camera system based on my initial use. Hopefully it will exhibit long term reliability for future trips.I do wish Amazon would separate the Reviews/Q&A for the camera system from those for the tire pressure gauge.

This is an excellent resolution backup camera with dash cam. I bought it for my f450 super duty bucket truck. I couldn't see nothing before I bought this camera but now, I can see nice and clear when I backup. Since I didn't have time to install, I had a professional hook it up for me under $120. Couldn't be any happier with this product and their customer service; they were very helpful with all my questions.

Very good system for the money. I needed night vision for my tractor and this system fills my need.

The 9 inch backup camera display is really great with the wide angle camera. The initial unit that I received would blink on and off due to voltage fluctuations in my older motor home and I contacted Coolwoo. They helped me troubleshoot the issue and very quickly sent out a replacement unit which works really well. I highly recommend this vendor because of their innovation, value and strong customer support.

Display and cameras have functioned well. Install was simple, and was able to hide the bulk of the cabling. Installed on my 3500 Ram service truck for the farm. The remote has been the disappointment, as it worked for about 4 times, and has died. Installed a new battery, and still does not function.
