Electro-Acoustic Resonator Guitar with Gig Bag by Bryce

Arrived a day earlier than expected. Well packed in a double box and padding.Great guitar. Well made, looks beautiful, Sounds perfect and tunes in very well. Superb value for money.

Was a Christmas present for my lad. So left a while before being opened and checked. Found some quite significant build quality issues with the instrument causing buzzing and horrible resonance that needed resolution (relating to the bridge and resonator being incorrectly fitted and frets not being properly installed). Because I had left it a while was not eligible to get a refund. So paid for a set up and rectification. Now plays beautifully and sounds awesome plugged in.I did let the seller know and to their credit they did say they would have accepted a return even at that late stage (Even though Amazon said it was not eligible) and as a gesture of goodwill, paid half of the rectification cost. Cant ask any more from them as a seller as its clearly not feasible for an seller to quality check every item they dispatch....and it was unfortunate that we delayed the unpacking. So overall top seller and nice instrument after a set up.

What I liked was the first guitar which was damaged was replaced the very next day (full marks) what I dont like is the second one had a full length mark on the back of the beautiful black body of the guitar, this I did polish out about 90% but not happy....the mesh on one of the top two grills was dented with ripples, this I unscrewed and flattened out to almost as normal as the other one...pick-up was offset and loose, once again I fixed it bearing in mind the strings had to be slackened of and drill a new hole then put back and re-string the strings, I dont think I should have to do this when buying a rather expensive but beautiful guitar, I in all honesty do not recommend this dealer...sorry.Richard
