I am currently working in night shift and tried this to get rid of sleepy mood but it didn't help...Even after tried this I got sleep and slept....Taste also not great... Don't buy it it will be bad Purchase...If you don't care you can try it yourself...

Tried this gum after a friend's recommendation and I cant disagree with him that its a great product. It helps me focus on my work on days when I am low energy, it helps me help in late night drives when i have to stay awake but i am too drowsy..highly recommend this product and its totally worth the price.
