Performed as advertized
Bought this for my son who uses it on San Fancisci Bay. He LOVES it! No, it's not a roto molded kayak...but the closest you can get in an inflateble that has this much volume.

Didn't deliver the full package as advertised.
Kayak seems great.Only came with 2 seats and paddles. Very clearly sold as the 3 seat version.

It's all it's advertized to be.....except....
The keel. It works great on flat water and downstream, but when trying to paddle upstream in fast water, the keel spins the boat around making it very difficult to keep it aimed upstream. Hard shell kayaks don't have a keel for a reason. This one needs to be removable. I find that it's easier to use upstream if I reverse the seats and have the keel in the stern. The D-rings aren't placed correctly for that but it's doable.While this is made for 3 people, 1 or 2 can handle it easily. With 2 aboard, it's slightly faster than the 2 person boat. 1 person sitting in the middle can skip right along and maneuver easily.

Stable, comfortable and roomy for 2 adults and the Golden.
We get so many compliments at the boat launch about how easy it is to set up and how little space it takes in the back of our Jeep! People take pictures of the Sea Eagle logo so they can take a look.
