I got this monitor as an upgrade after using a 15.6" portable monitor at my desk setup for quite some time now and it definitely did not disappoint. Initially, I had thought that it would be much smaller but upon opening the box I was surprised to see just how big it was for a portable monitor. I've mainly been using it at my desk setup, but I could see this being a really nice portable monitor for anyone that doesn't have as much room or is looking to game on the go. The fact that it's powered by a USB Type C is already a huge benefit compared to standard monitor power cords that are chunky and overly thick but then you also have to remember that it has a 120HZ refresh rate which makes everything 100000x times better. I could see this being the perfect monitor for anyone that travels a lot with their gaming system or computer and would like to upgrade the entire experience. The build quality feels sturdy in hand and its surprisingly light for an entire monitor with a built-in kickstand. Also, this is hands down the best kickstand that I've ever used on any device as it doesn't slide whatsoever and is extremely stable throughout use. It's also easily adjustable which is extremely nice when trying to move it around at different angles. I usually end up VESA mounting all of my monitors, but I found no need to with this one due to the quality of the stand being so good. As for the viewing/user experience, I can't think of another monitor that looks this good at this price point. Out of the box the colors and resolution were already extremely good looking and then once I turned up the refresh rate and adjusted the contrast slightly it went up another whole level. Sidebar, but the menu was also really nice and easy to control which isn't usually the case for the many monitors that I've used in the past. It even has a switch kind of thing that saves you from pressing the button over and over again to scroll through the menus. I've already spent a ton of time watching videos on it and can say that it makes for a pretty good viewing experience. I was worried about it being 1080p and only 21.5" but I've found that to actually be a good thing since it doesn't take up too much room, has crisp quality, and is extremely clear. Overall, I think this is a VERY solid pick up if you're looking to save space at your setup or use a monitor on the go. After my time of using it I can't find a single complaint about it and was actually very surprised at how much I've been enjoying it. My entire experience has been great from the packaging to easily setting it up, and then using it as a part of the set up. The portability is an obvious benefit for most but the easy plug and play aspect of it is one of my favorite things. No need to fight with a wobbly monitor stand that takes up a ton of space since the kickstand is so easily accessible and if you did want something fancier then the VESA compatibility will give you just that. If you want to start using this screen, then all you'll need is an HDMI and a USB Type C cable to get it all started and they just so happen to both be included right in the box. This is a quality product with quality features, and I can seriously see myself using this in so many scenarios

I have been in the market for a large portable monitor for some time, 22" or so. I found there were only a few options available. I was originally eyeing other 22" to 24" models. When I was about the pull the trigger on 22" monitor I came across the UPerfect and made the decision on specs alone to make the UPerfect purchase. Unlike some model the UPerfect is a 2k monitor other models are only 1080P and that was enough to sell me, plus the price was in the same ballpark or better . When I received the monitor and actually tried it out, it was even better then I had hoped. The 2k display is gorgeous, vibrant colors, the resolution was excellent, not sure how 1080p at this size would even work. I'm impressed at the sturdiness of the monitor, it is very well built and very solid. The big plus is the folding out stand, not one of those magnetic stands. This stand is not going to fall or collapse on you. If folds out and back in with no problem, and not a loose fit. A big plus is that the display is not a glossy screen, its matte so reflections are not an issue at all. The other key feature is the connectivity options. With just a power cable and a USB C cable I can use the monitor with my Phone in DEX mode to have a full screen desktop with just my phone alone. If I need I can also use it as a second screen for my laptop also. I use this mode some times when I'm traveling and need my laptop screen for work and use the UPerfect screen for viewing news or other as I work or I can switch them. I can even use the monitor as a TV when one is not around. If need there is an mini HDMI port for hooking up older laptops or streaming devices such as a Fire TV stick, which works excellent. Even the screen brightness is fantastic at 300 nits, above the other brands I explored. On the side they have all the display customization settings you can imagine, brightness, contrast and many more in depth settings to get just the right picture. All these features packed into a light weight, travel package. UPerfect even sells a matching monitor travel case which makes a "perfect" set. The only thing else I can say is how great the customer service has been. I did allot if research and had many questions for the UPerfect team before making my decision. The team at Uperfect were so professional and courteous getting back and replied to all my questions and I did have allot. A big thank you to the support team. What more can you ask for, a great monitor with a great support team behind it. I'm glad I made the purchase.

I find the UPERFECT 21.5” Portable Monitor to be fantastic, mainly because of its portability and convenient size. I really appreciate how lightweight it is; it's perfect for my travels and fits easily into my carry-on. For me, the 21.5-inch size hits a sweet spot – great for watching movies and giving me a large portable display without being cumbersome. I'm also impressed with the build quality; the kickstand feels sturdy and stable, and the premium metal finish is a nice touch. The picture quality is excellent in my experience. The 2K resolution is really crisp, blacks are deep, and the 165Hz refresh rate makes motion incredibly smooth. Brightness levels are generally good, though there have been moments I wished it could go just a little brighter. I've used this monitor for both my work and for gaming – text comes through with great clarity, and the smooth motion is noticeable in games. I also found the menu easy to navigate and the setup straightforward. Overall, I think the UPERFECT monitor offers a really compelling combination of the portability I need, the performance I want, and solid quality.

We have a lot of Apple products and their displays are pretty great. As Steve would have said, insanely great. Since I travel and work I wanted a good monitor to supplement the screen on my MacBook Pro and bought this. Quite honestly, the display quality of this monitor is outstanding. I would say it's comparable to the display on my MacBook Pro. It's that good. I had been using my iPad Pro as a second display but it only works in landscape - this being an HDMI monitor it also works in portrait mode which is helpful as I'm a writer. It's also larger than the iPad Pro's display. Further, you can power the monitor from the USB C ports on the Mac so it makes it even more portable. My one gripe is that I like the monitor's brightness setting at their "5." But if there's ever a power interruption it automatically resets to "0." This happens several times a day. If the company had just made this setting be able to be remembered by the monitor, this would absolutely be a 10 out of 10. The combination of convenience, image quality and portability make this an outstanding companion to the MacBook Pro with the minor exception of this one annoyance. But I'll take it, especially at the price I paid!

Was looking for a monitor that would primarily be set up in a teen's bedroom, but had the option of being portable and moved if needed. Getting as big of a display as possible while taking up as little footprint on the desk was key. I was drawn to this monitor because of the built-in stand and VESA mounting options, as well as the size to weight ratio. I speculated because the built in stand could be rotated 180 degrees that the monitor might be suitable for hanging on a wall, or in my case, a pegboard. The VESA mount was a backup plan to use with maybe a clamp style monitor arm As you can see in the picture, the monitor is set up exactly as I had hoped using some hooks that are connected to the pegboard. It sits nearly flush against the wall, but with a slight downward angle. I could have tried to mount a typical IPS 24" screen, but these would likely have been too heavy for the pegboard to support. The fact that the monitor is hanging with hooks makes it super easy to relocate temporarily if needed. I likely will add a small rubber space to the back of the monitor, so it's truly flat against the wall in the future. The display itself is very nice, with good brightness and saturation. QHD resolution at 22" gives a nice crisp picture. The only thing I wish the monitor had was maybe a 120Hz refresh rate, but that's being picky. This works great as part of a dual monitor setup with a Chromebook, as well as standalone with a mini PC (Minisforum UM790). I do think the monitor is pretty unique, as I have not found anything with this combination of size, resolution, and weight anywhere. I wish the price was cheaper ($299 for me), maybe closer to $249, but no complaints at all about the product itself.

Updated because UPERFECT contacted me and sent me a case. Original review: Monitor is fine but it DOES NOT COME WITH A LEATHER CASE as the description says. The monitor is a little slim and a little flimsy but I wanted a compact one so I'm not complaining, just pointing that out. You have to expect that if you get something that is 4K but only a few mm thick. It is easy to connect - just make sure you use a port that can produce both power and video. If you do, it works fine. The monitor is very light so it is very easy to carry in a backpack. It fits (albeit barely) in my laptop bag, so that's perfect. It worked just fine on my Windows 11 laptop.

After working with it for a few days on Windows I'm very happy with the monitor. It's slim, comes with every cable you'd possibly need and seems well-made and sturdy as well. Everything worked out of the box. Comes with a great bag too. Overall it gives a good impression that this is a solid and not a cheap product. I use my laptop mostly for software development and office work, so I can't comment much on gaming and video performance. However, YouTube videos I watched looked good. The sound from the speaker sounded decent too. Keep in mind that you'll likely need to connect it both to the computer/laptop and the supplied USBC power adapter, since the monitor draws 25W in an ideal scenario. The monitor smart enough to let you know if detects insufficient power which is great. I don't think you can use this monitor in portrait mode, since one side has the connectors and the other the onscreen controls. It would make more sense if the controls were on the front or back - since it's portable you are likely in a cramped situation like a hotel desk. I am not a fan of the onscreen menu, it's not particularly easy to use. Not a huge issue though since you normally don't have to access that too often. It would be nice if they would refrain from using plastic materials for packing and follow industry leaders and use recycled cardboard. Seeing this immense waste of plastic continues to disappoint me. Overall I think it's a great product and would definitely recommend it.
