I didn't recall reading in the description that this flashes in the circle when it's plugged in. I like that part. There was no error when using it, you know the one device not recognized. There's a jpeg of their logo installed on it. Easy fix delete...LOL I got these for their size to take work documents to and from work and should I lose the drive I'm not out too much as far as price. I did buy various colors and Amazon would like a review for each color, so you'll see this repeated.
