I’m currently training for a HYROX & everyone keeps telling me that I need to introduce electrolytes into my life. I was sceptical at first and I can be funny about drinks and flavours. I’ve used Love Life Supplements before and after some research I thought I would give there non-flavoured a go. I’ve been taking it everyday this week, I’ve done two HYROX classes, three runs and a strength sessions. I’ve honestly felt the benefit after taking them, it took a few days, but I feel more energised after my workout, I’m definitely more hydrated throughout the day. I will be continuing to use this moving forward. The unflavoured version is perfect, you cannot taste it and can be easily added to your normal squash/cordial. This is clearly a quality product & I think the price point is also very good

I’ve been using various electrolyte products—both flavored and unflavored—for the past 5-6 years, especially during my long Marathon and Half-Marathon runs. My favorite brand from the U.S. works well but is quite expensive and not readily available. After experiencing stomach issues with a flavored electrolyte from a different popular US brand, I started looking for a high-quality unflavored option. 2 years back I also used UK based unflavoured fasting salts but ingredients were not of higher quality (in particular Magnesium). Since I’ve used multiple products from LLS over the years, I first tried their unflavored electrolyte capsules before switching to this direct powder. My review is based on my experience with this product and how it compares to their Electrolyte Balance Capsules. Pros: 1. Trusted Brand – LLS is known for producing high-quality supplements, and their professional packaging and communication reflect that. 2. Effective Hydration – Whether on the treadmill or running outdoors, this powder helps keep me hydrated and reduces muscle fatigue. 3. Unflavored & Gentle on Stomach – Unlike some flavored electrolytes, this one doesn’t cause stomach discomfort, making it ideal for long runs. Do not want to spend money on flavored one if this causes a stomach issue (however, if there is any samples introduced by LLS allows to try and see which ones gentle as in long runs flavored ones may make it easy to gulp the sips) ✅ More Convenient Than Capsules – While capsules are great for portability, I often found myself opening them to mix the powder into water. Having the powder directly available is much more practical, especially for long-distance runs. Cons: 1. Expensive for Regular Use (hence 1star deduction) – While the quality is great, the price is on the higher side (almost £1 per day - Supplementing with Himalayan salt and a good Mg supplement may make it cheaper?). For making it be used regularly, LLS should consider making it more affordable. 2 Scoop Size Issue – The provided scoop is larger than the recommended 3.2g serving, requiring users to measure out only half a scoop. A correctly sized scoop would make dosing easier and more convenient. Overall, this is a high-quality electrolyte supplement that works well for endurance athletes, but a price adjustment and a properly sized scoop would make it even better. Also provided side-by-side comparison of electrolytes and its content between their capsules and Ultimate electrolytes.

I've mixed this electrolyte powder in with fruit juice, squash, and my pre-workout drink. Drinking it during longish cardio sessions I've noticed experiencing less unnecessary muscle tension and feel less thirsty (even when drinking the same volume of fluid). The unflavored version doesn't add any taste to drinks (which is good!) and contains only three ingredients: Himalayan Salt (sodium chloride), Magnesium Malate, and Potassium Chloride. All these minerals are well absorbed forms of sodium, magnesium, and potassium respectively, with the additional malic acid from the magnesium (supports the Kreb's cycle) and chloride from the sodium and potassium (lost in sweat). Yet another high quality, zero filler, supplement from LLS. I'd recommend.

Tried a different brand of electrolytes and have to say I’m a bit disappointed. The taste isn’t great, it’s not even one you get used to the more you drink it. Overpriced and likely won’t manage to finish the tub even though it’s a small tub. Should have looked a sizing before buying as was pretty surprised at how much it was for the price paid.

Nice packaging, unflavoured powder has a mild saline flavour as expected but might try flavoured next time to make it more palatable. The little pink flecks of Himalayan salt are clearly visible so you know you're getting a genuine, high quality product. Immediately noticed recovery from exercise was quicker and muscle cramps/soreness was reduced. The scoop that comes with it is too big, doesn't have clear amounts on it and is generally not needed, I'm using a smaller metal baking spoon that gives 1/4 teaspoon in 250 ml water. Electrolyte powders containing Potassium chloride can be hygroscopic (absorb moisture from the air) so be sure to keep in a dry, well ventilated area, however there is a small dessicant sachet in the tub also. Relatively expensive for what it is but good product with good results from a tried and tested provider. LLS are my families go to brand for supplements now. Give them a try
