Totally disappointed with Vida Scooty! It's been just 9 days since I started using it, and the charger has already stopped working. I contacted the Premia Himgiri Workshop in Naraina, and the Service Manager, Mr. Rajesh Kumar, assured me everything would be sorted—he even sent me the location and told me “not to worry.” But the reality was completely opposite. When I reached the workshop, the staff had no clue how to talk to a customer. There was a Sardarji, supposedly the Assistant Manager of the workshop—but honestly, I don't know who hires such unprofessional people. I then spoke to Suresh Chauhan, the Spare Parts Manager, who straight-up lied and said, “We haven’t received any complaint like this.” Ironically, there were multiple scooters standing there with the exact same issue! And as if that wasn’t enough—I even called the Vida Headquarters for a solution. The person there told me, “Sir, 3 working days mein aapka charger mil jayega.” But when I confirmed with the workshop, they casually told me, “15 working days lag jaate hain.” Are bhai, agar main use hi nahi kar sakta scooty ko, to kis kaam ki yeh Vida scooter? This shows that Vida has ZERO after-sales service. Absolutely ZERO. I feel completely cheated and frustrated. All I want now is a REFUND of my hard-earned money. Till now my experience is good, writing after 52 days of use. Real range 90-95KM in Eco,ride-75-80 and sports 65-70 for single person. Multiple CHARGING option, you can ride on single battery and put the second on charging is good thing,I have faced no issues till now/(52Days) Fast charging time- approx -2 Hours,you can charge on ather fast charger also free of cost, Quality of fibre is acceptable,IDC RANGE 143 IS FAKE, PICKUP AND RIDE IS VERY SMOOTH like petrol vehicle, BOOST MODE IS BEAUTIFULL, YOU WILL GET METAL SIDE STAND AND CENTER STAND ALSO WITH SCOOTER FREE OF COST,SEAT DESIGN SHOULD IMPROVE OTHERWISE VERY GOOD SCOOTER.I LIKE IT.I HAVE TO RIDE IN 15KM AREA SO I USE ONLY SINGLE BATTERY AND PUT SECOND BATTERY ON CHARGE IS GOOD THING, I HAVE NOT FACE LIMP MODE TILL 8% BATTERY.I DON'T KNOW WHEN LIMP HOME MODE COMES, DON'T REMOVE BATTERY WHILE SCOOTER IS ON IT CAN GO IN LIMP HOME MODE.On Road price was 90k for me

All Good very convenient

False range shows only 99km range when fully charged but consume faster last only between 70-80km. My vida turn off automatically while riding and shows safe mode in the mide of road. It has locking problem (unable to lock handle) and some time doesn't start ofter pushing power button several times. Wifi connection problem it connected once but now stopped showing Wi-Fi ssid in phone. No Free services(it has some hidden cost rs. 117) every time.

Very good vehicle but for following 1. Battery compartment lock is shoddy 2. Two fold seat is a mess. No indicator to show seat is in locked condition 3. Battery initial performance needs to be maintained

Build Quality is too good, but boost ride will sometimes pickups the speed immediately it might tend to loose ride control.. I still give 5* for this for the Quality,Price, features and utility..
