Best chair you can buy for the price. Feels good and looks great.
I’ve had it for about a month. Very comfortable chair and has not starting molding and losing its cushiness. The other reviews are right that the arms rest are a little wobbly. But they’re are perfectly fine and once you lean on them they stop. Only a problem if your a fidgety person. Absolutely great chair without having to drop $429. It also looks super cool and feels good quality. Assembly was super easy. About 30 minutes to build. Highly recommend this product. Don’t expect much from the footrest. It’s cool to kinda lean on but it’s not extremely sturdy and strong PlUs my feet pass it so it rests more on my calves. To be honest I don’t use it. I’m 6ft to give you an idea. It’s a racing chair. So don’t except big fluffy cushions. It’s comfortable but not a thick chair. The neck rest and lumbar support are cool features as well.

Kinda weird but worth the dough
This is my only chair, I use it for gaming, reading, anything I’m doing in my room. It’s a really good chair. It rolls smooth, and is comfortable in normal sitting position. The arm rests wobble, don’t know if it’s designed that way or what. It’s weird at first but turns out to be ok. The foot rest is not that good. It’s uncomfortable, and kinda small. Overall, it’s weird but a good chair.

Great chair, but sometimes feels designed for a child
I love this chair, and it's a huge upgrade from what I had before. It was easy to assemble and it's relatively comfortable and easily adjustable. However, I usually play with the foot rest up and I use both the lumbar and head pillows. Without the lumbar, I fit perfectly. (I'm only 5'2), and with it, my feet (and some of my calf if more upright) are hanging off of it at max extension. The head pillow also usually rests on my neck rather than the back of my head when I'm more upright than reclined. With this in mind, I still love this chair and would recommend it.

Great chair with even better customer service!
August of 2018 I was looking to purchase a gaming chair to replace the 12 year old office chair I had previously. Not an easy decision to make. After searching far and wide, and almost choosing an Aeron chair over this, I am glad I didn't. Not only was the cushioning fantastic, the chair itself was highly adjustable and more stable than I expected it to be. The reasoning as to why I was so disappointed when one of the casters for the wheels broke. After notifying GTracing about it, they immediately replied back to me and sent a new, metal chair base to replace the old one. Now, after a 10 minute install, I sit here typing out this review to say thank you GTracer, for being such a great company. I will definitely look to you for future products!

Torture Contraption
Pros:1)Pretty well built for a plastic office chair.2)Great color and looks.3)Fairly solid recliner rest.4)Powerful return to position return spring!5)Not bad for heavier weight people. (I'm 210 lbs)6)Being able to raise and lower the arm rests is great for getting closer to the desk by putting them below the desk.Cons:1)Will kill your back if you're in it for more than a 2 to 3 hours a day. The lumbar pillow is too big, and the way it's attached is hokey at best. I removed it from the banding and throw it in there as needed. Lumbar support should have been built into the backrest.2)The backrest is flat as a board. NOT ergonomic at all, short of the foam pillows.3)The curvy arm wings just don't fit a body well. I think most people will have some small issues with them.4)Doesn't height adjust much!!5)Height adjustment very hard to reach!!6)Armrests don't go back to the elbows far enough, and are really wobbly.7)The seat is VERY hard. I would equate the feeling like that of a bleacher seat with one of the portable pillows you take to the football game. Now I was pretty harsh on this chair, but Very honest. I do like it, but it sure was designed badly for long term desk time comfort. It does have some good features. My guess it that most of these gaming chairs are about style and looks, and that's great. But if it kills your back on those long weekend gaming runs, or office stints, it's not a great chair. I don't believe the people that design these, actually sit in them.

Uncomfortable and breaking quickly
I previously had the GT 099 Red model and I loved that chair. It was super comfortable and great. I bought and assembled this chair and it felt front heavy. I rebalanced it as much as possible but this chair is just plain uncomfortable. The armrests are hard plastic, the seat has less padding, it leans forward, and the footrest (the feature for this chair) makes the chair lean even further forward so it's almost unusable. With the previous chair, the company had fast responses when I asked for replacements and support was amazing. With this chair, I reached out asking for replacement parts or a different model and still have not heard back from them.Update: The armrests have serious cracks along the inside exposing my arms to the sharp metal inside. The chair tilt is broken and is consistently leaning forward, causing the legrest to fall out. I can't even use the legrest without the chair falling over. This is a serious disappointment.

Had one issue, but customer service fixed it.
My wife ordered me this chair for a Christmas present. It arrived exactly on time and was easy to assemble. I am not an overly large guy, I weighed about 250 lbs. at the time, and about six months after I received the chair, the lift cylinder began leaking down while I sat in the chair. I contacted customer service, who asked me to get a picture of the model number tag on the bottom of the chair, and send it to them. After I messaged them back with the picture, I received a new lift cylinder a few days later. The customer service representative I talked to was excellent and a pleasure to work with. I have had no issues so far with the new lift cylinder, and ~10 months into using this chair it still looks and feels brand new. I would buy this product again and would recommend it to others.

Comfortable. Good looking
Comfortable. Good looking. I ordered this product because it had good lumber and neck or cervical support. I do like the fact that it reclines. I’ve had the opportunity to use it for about a month now and I really like it. It’s become my favorite chair. It’s especially good for doing computer work over my desk
