Good moldable material, absorbs shock because I lock my jaw at night and wake up with a migraine. I like that you get 8 of them of varying sizes, I just lost mine last night. I must have threw it or something and now can't find it. It's better that they are cheap because of that happening alot to me. They are less bulky then others I have used. The only thing is that when you put them in hot water, they shrink in length a bit, so they don't cover your back molars all the way. That's okay though, your molars will not touch or grind. Good product overall and when you get so many you can consider hygiene by switching them if you get sick with the flu.

For over 5 years I have listened to my Husband while trying to sleep grinding his teeth and then hearing him and watching him in horrible pain the next day. We have tried everything to help stop him. We decided to try this and after the first few times of use we were completely satisfied that I could sleep next to him without being woke throughout the night due to his loud grinding of his teeth. I did not have to wear ear plugs to bed and he had no more teeth pain and headaches upon waking up. The best part is the fit and comfort. It only took a few minutes to boil the mouth guard to customize it for him which made it the perfect size and fit. We were also pleased that it has three different uses now that he can better care for his teeth and protect his enamel he can now use whitening gel with the guard as well to make them white. It is very durable and with stands his excessive grinding at night. Best product I have ever invested in and saved us our sleep, his health, and took care of the problem immediately! I highly recommend this mouth guard to many!

Started using about 10 days ago to protect a fractured tooth, damaged from grinding during sleep. They may be moldable but not very. About half of the time, the guard falls out while I’m sleeping. Nevertheless, it has provided noticeable benefit. I have nearly no aching in my teeth in the mornings. I will probably swing for a dentist made guard once I’ve had the surgery to replace the fractured tooth in hopes it will fit more snuggly. Meanwhile, I will certainly continue to use these guards.

I wore through my last mouth guard so I bought these and after fitting one and using it I decided it was too uncomfortable and haven't used it since. I had to trim the ends off and the front part is too tall and too thick, it left impressions in my gums and lip. The material is much thicker and harder than my previous mouth guard, I found it to feel much "cheaper" than my previous.

I was not able to get this product to work for me. The plastic is so thick that it wasn't possible to wear both at the same time. And I don't have an unusually small mouth. I even tried to wear just the bottom one and I kept waking up choking on my saliva - since it seems it makes it run down the back of my throat. Just didn't work for me.

Took three tries to mold first pair, but that third time molded near perfectly. The molding attempt can be repeated with the same pair thankfully, so not a fail and try again with a new pair type deal. Only issue was that case for the guard, only holds upper or lower guard and not both. Though that could be because no cutting was needed for these to fit? Overall good product, does the job it's intended for, and comes with plenty pairs to spare.

It did exactly what was said it would do - it got rid of my jaw pain and I am no longer biting my cheek. What a concept . . . a product that does what it says!!

They are OK. The small is still too big for a small mouth. But for the price, they work just fine.
