MASTERPANNon-Stick Grill and Griddle Pan with Removable Handle, 15" (Innovative Series), black and Brown

Really like the simplicity and workmanship that went into this very clever and versatile product. We have relatives that are vegetarian and we use the griddle side of this for making dishes like pancakes and Indian Dosas. The other side the - the grill - is used for cooking meats like hot dogs and burgers. You get a fantastic cooking experience and best part is this is ridiculously easy to clean with the removal handle. Also stores nicely. This is going to be my favorite item to cook with it. Lots of value! Way to go masterpan team!!!

I fry tomahawks first in their own fat and then put them in the oven. This pan makes it so easy and the bones don't stick out like with a pan with sides. Be careful though, it slips and slides really easily on the oven steel grids. That's probably as much of a problem with the grids as the pan. Seriously awesome, easy to cook with easy to clean pan. It's just as it looks.

Probably have used this 20 times in 2020.The finish still seems good and no complaints on the build quality.My only suggestion would be some sort of bag to store the grill in to protect it. I keep it in the original packaging which will not last too much longer.I use this mostly for breakfast (eggs, bacon, pancakes, ...) on my vintage coleman stove - it fits well (that why we purchased it). This pan is perfect. The grill side is great for chicken, shrimp, fish, you name it! It gives it a nice sear as if you're grilling on an actual outdoor grill and it tastes delicious. The griddle side is good for breakfast time when I'm making pancakes and bacon. Both sides are easy to wash since the pan is non-stick and it has a detachable handle. The heat distributes easily along the entirety of the pan even though the pan is a decent size. I'm so happy with my MasterPan purchase!

Nice reversible pan. Evenly cooks. Love cooking breakfast on it.

I had a Curtis stone grill pan that I loved. Someone put it the oven with a plastic tray on it and ruined it so I was going to replace it. I have been wanting a large griddle to thought it would be awesome to get a reversible one. This pan is not what I hoped for. I should have looked at the dimensions but was surprised by the weird size. It cover one stove burner not 2. I fried eggs on it and they did not cook evenly. The ones over the heat cooked well of course but on the sides were not doing anything and I had to slide them over when the first few were done. Also the wood handle is strange and slides off too easily. I guess for camping this would be good but I'll need to get something else for what I need.

This pan is really nice. multi purpose and well made. big enough to make pancakes, crepes, dosas omelettes and flip it over to make burgers and use as a mini grill indoors. i havent used it in the dishwasher altho it says it is safe tp use as i would like to get many years of use so i have been hand washing it. Must have in the kitchen

I tested the grill side to make a roast. Did a great job and clean up was, WOW, super easy. I whole heartedly recommend this pan. Plus, it's a great price!
