I've tried quite a few different daily supplements but this is the only one I've taken until I ran out, meaning its the only one I actually felt better when taking them and will actually buy these again. I can't remember the last time I've done that.

The magnesium supplement that I received matches its description and came well sealed. The supplement is in capsule form and is formulated with several forms of magnesium and includes several other active ingredients. I appreciate the disclosure that this supplement is made in the USA in a FDA registered facility. The capsules are easy to swallow and help me supplement my diet with magnesium.

Best sleep supplement I have gotten yet. These work amazing to help fall asleep. I am always low on magnesium. No more cramping and I am slowing so much better

This is a decent supplement capsule. The size of each is large but not difficult to swallow. It seems to help with keeping me asleep, which is nice as I have a tendency to wake up frequently during the night.I haven’t noticed too much more difficulty staying asleep since I ran out of this, though, so I don’t know if it was this supplement or not. Overall, it’s not a bad choice if you want a more natural sleep aid or magnesium supplement.
