This is my second purchase of electrolyte gummies. These not only taste great but really help to keep me hydrated during my workouts and hot days. I have recommended this product to others. Also, there is a dose provided for both kids and adults. If you are in the market for electrolytes, these are by far great tasting. Plus, they are gluten free, sugar free, and do not contain a list of additives as others do that I have previously tried. This is a wonderful product, and I will continue to purchase them when I run out.

Bought these for my 82 year old husband. He doesn't drink enough water and gets dehydrated. I give him a gummie in the morning and another at bed time. They seem to do the trick.he hasn't been dehydrated since he started taking these. They taste good and work. Give it a try.

I am very pleased with these electrolyte gummies. I have found that when I am working out hard and I drink my electrolytes I sometimes get nauseous . IPurchased these to see if they would give me the same electrolytes boost without the nausea and they worked! The flavors are quite tasty . This product is wonderful! My neurologist recommended sugar-free electrolyte candies, because my sodium tends to run low. This was the only one I found without any artificial additives and made with monk fruit and no gelatin ,as I am a vegetarian. Every flavor is delicious. I will be ordering another box today And will always have them in my cabinet!

These gummies are not only delicious, they’re hugely helpful with mom’s hydration. With her Alzheimer’s it’s difficult for her to meet her daily hydration needs, but she loves these gummies and has no issues consuming them

Came very late, was somewhat hard in some places and soft in others. I liked the low calories and idea of eating the electrolytes
