Beautifully made. I went away for the weekend just after receiving it and a few people complemented me on the design and quality. Lovely colour and it smells great. Plenty of room for a weekend or even longer. Just one minor design issue: there's nothing to get hold of when closing the top zip – you have to grip the leather with the other hand to get the right tension. a tab would have been good. But it looks like it will last for years.

Bought this bag for my sons birthday and he used it over the weekend for the first time. The one ‘zip puller tag’ broke (the ring on the leather rage literally broke in half) the first time he used it. Very disappointed to hear this especially at the price we paid when we convert to South African Rands.Would like to know how I can get this repaired being in South Africa?

Leather holdall looks good in the photos, but is much better in real life. Well made and looks smart I am very pleased with this purchase and have had some very nice comments about it. Delivered on time comes in a protective cotton bag.

Great leather, nice large size. However the cheap plastic zip lets it down. The first time I used it when the bag was full (not over full) the zip split. It did rejoin after unzipping and redoing again. The zip seems completely out of place on the bag which is quality.

I love this bag. It was almost exactly what I wanted at the right price. I say 'almost' only because I'd prefer having wheels. The bag is large and roomy with internal and external pockets. It's big enough to take away for a fortnight, if you travel light like I do. The quality of the leather is fantastic, as is the stitching and finishing. Only improvement I would consider is a better zip (as others have said) but the trick is not to over stuff so no unnecessary strain is put on it.....oh and wheels. 5-stars from me, as I've been looking for a big leather travel bag for a while.

Bought for my daughter who travels most weekends. It looks the part, is big enough for a good weekend bag, maybe 4 days, with hairdryer etc. Not noticed any signs of weakness
