I LOVE THIS! it is the perfect weight, i love the size. It’s flat, but has enough fill so there’s no empty spots. My face is medium, oval and it reaches the edges of my temples. And from my hairline to the tip of my nose. I love the silk cover against my skin. I also love that it is not scented. I love the scent of lavender, but I don’t want it every time I use it, necessarily. They should sell it with a spare silk cover. But check out Earthlight silk eye pillow case. It’s a perfect fit as a spare.

this is for the yoga eye pillow, not the sleep masks. got this eye pillow for meditation and yoga, so I hadn't heated it up. then my eye doctor told me it would help my dry eyes to do a warm compress and this worked perfectly. it's soft with the silk cover and has a good weight to it. I also use it for migraines, doesn't fix them, just comforting and helps with the pain a little. mine was unscented, so I recommend that. I actually burnt one because I overheated it in the microwave, but it was so useful to me I am now ordering another one!

This is a lifesaver for dry, itchy eyes. So soft and soothing.

Wonderful eye pillow, my husband and I each have one. We received as a gift many years ago and can't be without them. We use for sleeping. Would recommend.
