I was kind of skeptical ordering these as I know sometimes anything other than “original “ parts aren’t recognized and/or don’t work. These arrived quickly, so quick that I didn’t install them for a couple of weeks. When I finally did the alarm was on on my printer and it would not do anything. I contacted them and received a prompt reply. It turned out to be “operator error” and now the seem to work fine and the colors are vibrant! Now let’s see how long they last, but well worth the money!

Had been putting off buying a new color cartridge for my Canon MP180 for what seemed like forever until I came across this. Was slightly skeptical only because I normally prefer to buy original replacement accessories for things, but this was half the price so I thought I'd take the risk. Worked perfectly from the first printing and I'm very happy that I got a great product at a great price.

The box says PG40 AND CL41, which is what I needed. Unfortunately, I didn't need to install until now, but the actual cartridges are labeled XL and they are not compatible with my printer Canon MX300. They look the same and go in, but the error message I get from printer is "incompatible" and my printer will not print.Customer Service tried to work with me, but they still didn't work.

The product arrived in just 2 days as advertised for a Prime customer. The product appeared to be identical to the OEM. But the 'color' ink is not showing up in my printed documents. My computer is recognizing the cartridge and is showing it to be a 'FULL' cartridge.....but no color is printing. So, it could be my printer is at fault but not sure. I will admit I am of the opinion the cartridge is at fault but I cannot prove it. When one buys '3rd' party products you are going to sometimes encounter problems.

Received the cartridges in a timely manner. Found that the Black Cartridge was not recognized by my printer (Pixma IP-2600). Contacted support, and Daisy gave an immediate reply with suggestions to try. When the suggestions failed to correct the issue, she arranged to send 2 replacement black cartridges (much better than what I expected!). After receiving the replacement cartridges, it appears that the defective cartridge was poorly remanufactured - the connection pad tape strip seems to be poorly aligned. Will order from this company again because of their excellent customer service and great prices.

My old Canon MP460 printer wouldn't recognize the first black ink cartridge I received, although the color cartridge worked great. I contacted the company, received a quick email reply and a replacement which works perfectly. I'm very happy with both the company and my purchase, and will definitely buy from them again.

Supposedly made to work in my printer but wouldn't print anything. Good price but wouldn't even print a test page. I keep a supply of cartridges and I just needed them but it's too late to return them. I've used remanufactured cartridges before from other sources without problems. Don't' know what the problem is with these but if you have a Canon MP470 printer, DON'T try these cartridges. I dug around and found original cartridges and printer worked just fine. Guess you get what you pay for.Follow-up Review: Company contacted me shortly after I posted my review. They ended up giving me a full refund, including shipping. They apologized for the product not working (the cartridges looked just like my old ones, just wouldn't work on my printer). I didn't have to hassle with trying to send them back either. They really make an effort to have satisfied customers. You don't find that very much anymore!

I purchased voshy ink for my canon printer, I used use original canon oem ink, after market ink formy printer, Last time I purchased other brand of color ink was so bad, Black ink was o.k. But this timeI order Voshy black, color was 95% satisfied compare with Original oem ink. I also ordered originalcanon oem ink, unfortunately ink was not full at ink cartridge, So I decided to order Voshy brand in the near future. I appreciate for quick delivery of replaced item.
