These feel very well made. The metal barrels are smoothly finished, and the rings of the swivels seem to be strongly built and aren’t too large for many different types of freshwater and light / inshore saltwater rigs. I haven’t destructive-tested any of them yet, but the smallest (2 gram size) easily withstood a 50 lbs jerk pull while attached to an old spring balance.I will be using these for heavier float fishing applications (e.g. Carp, Big Browns, Salmon, Rock and Inshore Reef Fish, etc.) ; I’m confident that they will work fine with balanced tackle up to 12-20 lbs IGFA class gear. I will provide an update if I notice any issues after some big fish catching sessions; this seems unlikely however, due to the solid quality of construction. One minor point (not a negative!). In the largest size compartment, there are actually two sizes; 11g and 14g, and these are almost identical at a glance. So, if your 11g Sea Float or Steelhead Bobber suddenly starts sinking after you rig up... check you tied in the right sinker swivel? 😉

The same sized weights are inconsistent and can vary up to +/- 0.25 grams. This may or may not be an issue depending on how far down the fishing rabbit hole you have proceeded. The weights are well built though and I haver had no issues while using them as inline weights for a sliding slip bobber setup.

Never spent this much on sinker but this doesn’t need swivel which makes my rig much cleaner.Mostly good quality but 2 failed out of ~10 used so far.

Great quality weights that help reduce line twist. I ran these for steelhead this year and the performed as they should. So far so good for panfish thus far too.

Great swivel weight product to help with rigging live bait or weed less bottom baiting.

Meet the need

I love these weights I’ve used them so much since I’ve bought them. Lots of jigging and caught many types of fish. Will be buying more in the future.
