I like that these are plant medicines as I drink all assorted teas in moderation. I was taking 5htp and decided when finished to try these out. I was looking forward to it. However I noticed some side effects. I started having difficulty breathing and extreme headache. So I thought maybe to take 1 instead of 2 in hopes it would alleviate pain. I'm noticing I'm having difficulty breathing again but no headache. I am going to adjust to eod a d see how that goes. I'm hoping for the best.NOTE: I have lupus and currently am not on treatment as it's unaffordable. It's an ongoing cycle of experimentation of products. If it helps I'm happy and if it doesn't at least I know I tried.Good luck! Hope you have a better experience than myself..

I have definitely noticed that I am able to manage stress and anxiety better when I take this supplement. It also helps me keep my thoughts more organized.
