One of the best things I’ve ever bought. If you have muscles spasms, neck pain, upper back pain. This product is incredibly helpful. Within seconds after inflation it helped adjust and crack my neck several in several places. Also helps relieve upper back musicle tension (compensating for neck issues)

After two months, it stopped working. Just wouldn’t pump up anymore.

I have used cervical traction devices for over 30 years including the primitive over the door type. I've had a high quality device for the last 15 years but the Velcro finally wore down and I decided to try something different. This product is extremely comfortable and the distribution of air is very even, the fabric is very comfortable and I feel that the angle of extension is appropriate according to chiropractors. The velcro is very adjustable depending upon your neck. I highly recommend at this device. And if you're interested in packaging, this came well protected and the box is a work of art in itself. It's comparable to the box for an iPhone. The only thing that I would say I didn't care for was that it's more difficult to pump up than pumps that I've had in the past. What I've chosen to do is to leave it partially inflated so I don't have to pump as much to get the full extension. Not a big deal.

This is the better of the inflatable neck traction options I've tried; and it's good until it inevitably fails. After a few months of daily use, these inevitably get a hole somewhere and won't hold pressure any longer. I stripped the outer fabric layer off of one that failed and it looks to be a failure at the seam. The air bladder looks to be a thin, blue hued, translucent silicon or rubber material. In sealing the seam when manufactured, it appears the material just above the seam is slightly compromised an eventually fails. It would be nice if these were made with thicker, black rubber, similar to an inner-tube - or something much tougher. Despite the cheap materials, this traction device works well for a while. It has a good fit around the neck and the chin strap helps keep the traction applied, preventing the device from separating. If these came with a more robust air bladder - I'd certainly give 5 stars.

My chiropractor recommended I get a traction pillow for a neck injury that is causing me nerve pain. I tried other neck traction pilllows and I like this one because of the chin support. The other pillows would push my neck forward when inflated and were more uncomfortable. The chin support on this pillow help my back to stay upright and the pillow doesn’t push on my face which makes it more comfortable to use. I have only been using it for about a week so I cannot speak on the long term effectiveness of the product but so far good!

I ordered this from a recommendation from an online physical therapist Dr. Rowe. I was in such pain with my neck, I thought what the heck. IT WORKED! The first day my neck gently snapped, then everyday a few more gentle adjustments. On day four no issues with neck.! Just make sure when you are holding the pump tube straight up, not like photo. That you turn the metal knob clockwise till it stops, then start pumping. My only suggestion for manufacturer is for bigger neck people it to have more Velcro that could come down to the end. Sometimes it pops off on my husband.

I have only used this product 5 times work fine till now, but it is now leaking from inside the fabric. cant even see where to repair it. poorly made don't buy
