A Real Find!
My friends will tell you, I don't make anything from a box. I am a From Scratch Gal.The packaging looked so yummy on Amazon, I bought the three-pack on a leap of faith based on the company's reputation. A smart move and was delighted with my first batch.I made the brownies strictly adhering to the directions on the box They did say I could substitute whole milk for the water, which I did. I used 1/2 cup of Crisco vegetable oil. I added one tablespoon of Vanilla Paste which was not part of the instructions. Somehow it makes all my baked goods richer and sweeter. I added pecans and chunk chocolate after the batter was poured into my new Christmas Red 8 X 8 brownie pan. I am very picky about the size of the pecans I bake with and the quality of chocolate as well. Being from Georgia, I only use pecans grown in my home state. You can buy them on Amazon. Pearson Farms pecans come in different sizes but I prefer the smaller variety, the Elliot. They are meatier and sweeter than the larger Pecans. They never disappoint. The good news is, they turned out spectacularly sweet and moist. The bad news is, although I made them to give to my neighbors, I ate the entire batch! And wondered today why my pants are tight!I didn't even use my mixer! A glass bowl and a whisk did the job in just a few minutes. I always make sure the egg is room temperature and the milk, too. I whisk the egg before putting it into the mix. I add my pecans and chocolate after I have put all the batter into the baking pan, putting them on top of the brownies so every brownie gets equal nuts and chocolate chunks. They came out of the oven perfectly done and the entire kitchen was enveloped in a heavenly chocolate aroma. Couldn't be happier with the results. From a box? No one would have believed me. But no one got to try them because I hoarded them all! Still have two more boxes so the next batch will go entirely to my neighbors. Cross fingers.I have changed my mind about baking boxed brownies. They certainly taste like they're from scratch. Retained their moistness for three days, The last brownie was as perfect as the first.I highly recommend this mix. Super chocolatey and super moist. What's not to love?!

Absolutely Delicious
I have made brownies from all kinds of recipes--I even invented a few--and I absolutely cannot beat this product. The only change I make is to add a dollop of sweet dough flavoring to the mixture before baking. The cooked brownies are soft and chewy, even better the second day. Brownies sealed in zip lock bags can be stored at room temperature for a day or two, in the refrigerator for several days, and in the freezer. These mixes are so easy to make and so good to eat that you will want to keep a couple of boxes on hand. They mix in about 5 minutes and bake in about 22 minutes. Use only 2 eggs for the chewy version. Don't over bake.

Brownie Brittle (Recipe inside)
Great chocolate flavor, but I used a box to make fabulous Brownie Brittle.Recipe: Preheat Oven at 375F. Line a full size baking sheet (18x12), w parchment or better Silpat-style baking liner to fit. In a bowl, follow mix ingredient list BUT only use 2 egg whites, not the yolks. Mix until batter is shiny, about 2 min by hand. Pour batter down middle of prepared pan, then using an offset spatula or a spoon, carefully spread the batter evenly to all sides and ends of pan. Bake 15 min. at 375, turn oven down to 325, continue to bake another 15 min. Best left to cool/harden overnight, most pieces will be crisp, but middles will be chewy. I topped mine w chopped walnuts. Oh,highly recommended and enjoy!
