I like this brand very much. I meant to buy the large shreds, and was mad at myself for not reading more clearly. The large shreds are GREAT for toasting in coconut oil as a great snack -- Paleo approved, and better than any other snack you can make. I toast a whole bag and then store in a big plastic bag in the freezer. I share it with others who are trying to eat "whole" and I now have my own little fan club in the community of friends and family. I will re-order, and make sure I look at shred size.

Taste and freshness

I put this on hot and cold cereal, salads, vegetables, soups, ice cream, pasta, batter fish with it, and anything else that sounds good. It helps my digestion and cleans out my gut. Love it!!
