I thi k this was madd for someone with 2.5 metre arm span other than using as an abs trainer its not good for much else due to the length. Even though it is actually an arm trainer, extra pieces have been added to use it as a tummy trainer. Because its far too long for its intended purpose.

This product would only be any good to someone who is quite short in stature I'm 6ft and no way can I do the exercise pictured

Item is as discribed works well has quite a a nice tension to it just advise not to use all you might and power to stretch it use responsibly and you will enjoy using it springs are quite stronger then I originally thought would recommend to people with the advice to use responsible and don't pull it to excessively given 4 start as the handle can slip and sometimes pinch your skin now and then but I enjoy using this item
