I have really become a fan of this product.Pros-1. Most wonderful part is that, you do not need any set up. This is best part;cause lots of device these days in market needs configuration and connection. Even though this product comes in two pieces- Monitor and Camera- just plug in to power outlets is enough very easy to set up.2. I can monitor my kid from my living room.3. I can monitor the room temperature, which is another best part of this product.4. Can set up alarm easily.5. Brightness can be change based on requirement.Cons-1. I wish It was bigger screen- It would be wonder to have big screen. But ofcourse everything comes with price. I’m very happy on what I have and what I have paid for.

The picture quality is great with one camera but if you are looking to set it up with multiple cameras you will be disappointed. The camera will go in and out of connection and every time it does that it beeps at you.At first customer service was great helping me with a replacement but once the replacement still didnt work I had horrible service. So now I'm stuck with a broken system or get back on the market to find another monitor.

I am so excited about this baby monitor. I previously purchased a similar baby monitor for a trip up north, where we wouldn't have WiFi, but I like this one so much better. While the cameras are similar, the monitor screen is clearer and twice the size. I also liked that I could pair the previous sets camera with this montior, so I can use one screen for multiple children/cameras. I love that it's lightweight, charges quickly, and the montior is easy to use.

After using this item for a month the charger stopped working. I have to keep in pushing it in and holding onto it in order for it to charge. Then the screen goes black for no apparent reason and I have to keep on turning it on. This is ridiculous after spending so much money on this item and I don’t event get to use it for an appropriate amount of time. I can’t even locate a number for the company in order to call them.

Great in the beginning. But after a month, it would get stuck in night mode and the temperature reading was off by 5 degrees. By month 3 (3 days outside of the return window) the signal would get lost even though I was only in the next room and then a few days later the monitor quit charging rendering the system useless.

Was not impressed with this at all. Bought it back in July but did not need it until about a month ago when we moved our little girl to her room from our room. The screen never showed a picture. We could hear sound but the camera and screen never worked. Went to go return it and now amazon doesn’t even have this product anymore.

Receiver died and still haven't been able to get a hold of anyone at support to fulfill the year warranty.

This is a great monitor for the price, but after a few months it stopped working. Not sure if there is an issue with the port but now we cannot use it, and it wont work plugged in either.
