This is an excellent product - I love making spaghetti noodles out of zucchini. If you are trying to lower your carb intake and eat more veggies this is an excellent way to do it. The brush and the lid used to hold the vegetable in place are unnecessary.

This vegetable slicer makes great spirals. I love using it when I need to slice up just one zucchini for some low carb "pasta." It's a huge hassle to get my larger spiralizer out and to clean the whole thing. I wouldn't use this little slicer if I had to make a lot of stuff- my hand would get tired quickly. What makes this even better is the cleaning brush that came with it. It's hard to get in the cracks and crevices. The brush will get the vegetable bits out of there. Good value and just what I needed for my gadget drawer.

The primoslicer is the perfect kitchen tool for me to add to my collection as I am currently interested in preparing some fun veggie dishes to my new paleo diet plan and need a vegetable slicer like this. I like the fact that I don't have to indulge in pasta any more because I can still have the same noodle spiral effect when using this slicer. I love zucchini so I think I'm going to try it for some zucchini spaghetti first!

This product makes eating vegetables fun. It is especially useful and trying to splice up some vegetables for lasagna or veggie pizza. The PrimoSlicer is easy to use and easy to clean with the brush that's included. I recommend this product to anyone interested in making vegetables eating fun.
