I've been interested to try ashwagandha supplements after reading some compelling potential benefits. Gummies are a fun and often tasty way to take supplements (for adults as well as kids -- but these Playboy gummies aren't at all marketed for kids!). That said, I'm not particularly crazy about the taste of these (which have sort of a strange, earthy, licorice-adjacent flavor) -- but if the taste is merely a result of the particular ingredients (and the ingredients are indeed helpful), that certainly isn't a problem. I didn't notice a particular change in my wellness or vitality or ability to relax or anything -- but I know such things can be different from person to person.

Really decided to get these a friend told me these are a good brand for relaxation and sleeping of healthy choices of so I most lately would get more of these later on in the ingredient its like a green tea herbal and also reliefs and uplifted you in the good energy mood even when you already in a good don't want to be bored

I prefer these over the capsules because they start working within 5 to 6 minutes, whereas the capsules take about three weeks to have an effect.

I really wanted to like these, but honestly, I’m not impressed. The gummies taste fine, but after finishing almost a whole bottle, I didn’t notice any real changes in energy, mood, or focus. For the price, I expected to feel at least some benefits. The texture is a little too sticky for my liking, and they tend to clump together in the jar. The packaging looks nice, but that’s about the only thing I can say I truly liked. Maybe they work better for some people, but for me, they just felt like overpriced candy. I won’t be repurchasing.
