Item arrived quickly, little one is pleased with it.It offers more sounds, than another smaller one she had, that wore out through lots of use, and a game in the back page area, which is based around the amount of sounds made by the Ninky Nonk, when pressed it will make its sound for a certain amount of time, and the movement on the board with little character pieces are based on that.So along with the main sound box with its buttons on the front, and the book with its pages to read, this item offers a lot to keep children busy, so it's worth getting.

Love it...wanted a box n sounds n only found it here n another site n amazon was cheaper n it was delivered quickly...even has a game at the end to play with stickers.. Dnt no how I will change cell once finished but so far it worked amazingly n all the buttons n sounds worked but was a bit disappointed as it ENT narrate the story n just makes sounds though having so many buttons they could Hv added that..but of we'll u get to honk n make the sound wen the certain character walks in the story sov r happy

doesnt work
recieved it today and the buttons dont work, its a shame as its a lovely book with lovely pics, i brought it for my son as he is about to turn 2 but i had to give him it now as it doesnt work, and i cant be bothered with the hastle of returning it back, its a real shame as he would of loved it, i brought him a peppa pig book that does the same and came in the same package and works perfect.

A LITTLE EXPENSIVE
My son loves this book and drives me mad when he has a mind to press the same button over and over. It was a little over priced in my opinion but if your child loves books and in the night garden how can you deprive them? The pictures are bright and cheerful as in the programme. The book is sturdy and quite big. It is only one story but thats enough for me!

Lovely book
As stated online it was quite used so a few pages were torn and the sound has faded. Saying that my little one still loves pressing all the buttons to hear all the sound and loves having the story read to her.

great book with great noises
This book is a must for all In the Night Garden fans. The buttons are easy to operate, the sounds are fantastic. There is even a very simple game in the back of the book. The pages are paper, so perhaps not for the VERY young (unless parent doing the page turning), but this is an all round success.

what a great product, my 2 year old grandson loves this item and loves to follow along and join in the story, it really encourages him to look and respect books

It's okay
If your kid loves this show then it is kind of fun with the sounds, but the sound quality is pretty bad. For the little ones, I guess they don't mind. We did enjoy it but don't know if the book was necessary...

Fun book
My girls aged 20 months and 3 years really enjoy this book. Good story and we have played the game lots of times.

Extremely disappointed!
Received the book today and although the shipping was very fast, the buttons on the book truly upset my anxious toddler who was very excited to get this in the mail as when we press the buttons there is no sound whatsoever. We have had to buy tiny screwdrivers to open the battery compartment, which cost more money on top of spending $18 for this book with shipping which is ALOT more than i normally pay for a book. We took the batteries out and put them back in again to no avail. They should have ensured the book was in proper working order before shipping this out! Not happy at all and would NEVER buy from them again!
