I’ve been using this 2-in-1 mini laptop for a little while now, and I’m honestly impressed with how much it manages to handle in such a small body. The 10.95" 2K touchscreen is sharp, bright, and very responsive. I use it for reading documents, watching videos, and light design tasks, and the high resolution makes everything look clean and easy on the eyes. The compact size also makes it convenient to take anywhere, and the metal body gives it a solid and reliable feel. The In tel N95 CPU paired with 16GB of DDR5 RAM runs smoother than I expected. Switching between apps is fast, and browsing with multiple tabs never feels sluggish. The 1TB SSD is another big plus because I no longer worry about storage space. Boot-up times are very quick, and files open instantly. The backlit keyboard is comfortable to type on, even in dim lighting. The fingerprint reader works quickly and saves me time when logging in. The Type-C port supports charging and data transfer, which makes it useful when I’m traveling with minimal cables. The cooling fan is quiet but effective, keeping the device from heating up during long use. For studying, writing, video calls, and light office tasks, this little machine has been extremely practical and easy to rely on.

I started using this 2-in-1 mini laptop recently, and it’s been a solid little device. The 10.95-inch display makes it very portable, easy to slip into a bag without taking up space. The weight is light, so carrying it around isn’t tiring. In terms of functionality, it’s well-equipped—responsive touchscreen, backlit keyboard, fingerprint login, and a full-function Type-C port. The cooling fan works fine, keeping it from overheating. I mainly use it for documents, browsing, and video calls, and performance has been smooth. The 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD handle daily tasks with no problem. The 2K display looks sharp and is pleasant for both work and watching shows. With its sleek metal body, it feels sturdy despite the small size. Considering the features and portability, the value for money is definitely there.

The laptop IS admittedly cute. It’s functional and portable. It’s starts you off… without the initial Windows Set up. The Microsoft essential apps like Office and Excel ARE preinstalled as advertised, but the license used is NOT “OEM.” (Do some digging and research about the legitimacy of the purchased Microsoft license.) Doing a clean wipe of your computer or clean installing WOULD also wipe these preinstalled apps off your computer. Here’s why I said “WOULD.” It must be for that reason and other data, the seller has DISABLED the option to System Recovery all together. If there’s any reason you need to clean install or clean wipe ? (ie: malware, virus, ransomware,) You cant. They’ve somehow removed the file needed to clean wipe. A normal person with little understanding of Windows command prompt and bios would need to go to a professional. According to them, this laptop also lacks a serial number! This may be a good budget computer for a younger kid who has started middle school or high school and needs it for basic work. It has short term pros and long term cons. Basically, know what you’re getting into. If your laptop gets infected or corrupted somehow, you’re in for a rude awakening. If you're serious about your laptops and want something safe, secure, and with all options you PAID for… this is not the one for you. I contacted Customer service via their email and their website email over some touchpad driver data loss. It’s been a week and a half and still no response. If you lose them, the drivers CANNOT be found on the manufacturer’s website. With all these huge cons, its overall worth 2 stars, but I personally give it 3 because it’s physically appealing, functional… and NOT my main laptop. I only take this one when I travel because of how lightweight and minimalistic it is. The touchscreen is a perk. The keyboard feels nice to type on. I can work with only 2 USB-Cs and a headphone jack. The battery life is VERY MUCH under 3 hours if you’re using full brightness and backlight. Still unable to use the touchpad to this day, but I cut my losses after consulting a professional and try to enjoy the laptop without touchpad functionality. Uh but it’s still cute I guess?

Although it does cause the laptop to warm up quite a bit, it can run games without graphics that are demanding pretty well even alongside Discord (and it's need for more computer resources) being open. It does not prompt you to do all the computer setup even if you reset the computer yourself, which caused me to be confused at first, but you can still login to a proper Microsoft account from the Start Menu. It lacks any USB drives, but has a single USB adapter that comes with it (which can be used with the wireless mouse that comes with it, alongside other USB options). However, there are only 3 places to plug in computer accessories: 1 which is needed for the battery plug, and 2 more that could be used for similar cylindrical plugs (such as the USB adapter). This really limits your options depending on how many accessory slots you need, but it's understandable for a travel laptop.

I got a defective laptop delivered to me, the laptop never came on + I got a wrong charger in the package. So annoying & disappointing

This laptop is so awesome and I love the small and portable design so that I can take it with me anywhere for work and not just limited to a certain place. Very long, lasting batteries and the whole laptop is made with high quality and a smooth texture. It has multiple ways to be used. You could either flip it all the way 360 to make an iPad like way of use or you could do a 90° laptop. Its easy to slip in carry on bags and the mini laptop has quite a wide screen to make you comfortable and not hurting your eyes with hours of work on it the keyboard size is just right to type and it has a very accurate and fast reaction. The screen is touchscreen or you can either use keyboard, how cool! This is so much more convenient than a regular laptop. Love it, and definitely recommend!
