It is fairly awkward to set things up and worst part is that it can't be integrated with accounting easily. So it has the limited usage from our standpoint.

Well, it is a very nice and cheap POS but the big drawback is both the installation and the late support. despite it is cheap but if you wanted the basic but quick support you have to pay for it.the isntallation process needs to be improved as it is not a stright forward method and not for normal users.

This product is really simple to use and very appropriate for my small business. I had one minor obstacle with the MS SQL installation, but with a little research, I was able to sort that out quickly.

I have a small home business and this is exactly what I was looking for, something to track my inventory, allow me to put sales in, and provide me with reports. The reports are so versatile and informative. It is quite simple to use yet offers a lot of options. The program is very affordable. The tech support is amazing and very friendly. Thank you for all your hard work!

The only thing I had a problem with was the installation. Once you get the installation done it is a fantastic product and a great buy for the price. I shopped around for weeks and this was the best match.

I looked for a good POS software, that would suit my small business needs and I believe I looked over about 15 difference software programs to find the right one. The cashfootprint POS software is the most versatile POS system in my opinion on the market. I have a small business and this does everything, inventory, profits, reordering, history of what you sold and put into inventory. You spend over a thousand dollars for other software that does the same thing. Do not get the basic, get the professional. You can use this as a tax write-off. The only downside is installation is long and can be a little confusing. They have YouTube videos to help you out. It is not as easy as downloading and a simple install. Get the professional edition!

I was using a month to month program and was watching my money being wasted on a system that I simply wasn't that happy with. I started shopping around for a one time purchase program to switch to and even thought of going to a regular style cash register. I found Cash Footprint and read what reviews I could find and then took a small tutorial off their site and thought it might could at least get me by for a year or so if nothing else.I am a video game trade store, and though they don't (no one does) have much to help with the actual trade part of my business, it was easy for me to work around that issue and still not pay hundreds to thousands for a program that still wouldn't be able to meet that function.The actual function of the program is very simple if you have ever worked with a POS program before. The best part over all is the customer service. If I have a question they are more then happy to help me. Very polite and patient. HUGE plus for me as running a business is hard enough in this day and climate much less to have to deal with jerks. Plus a huge load off my mind is the book keeping for the sales reports is simple and perfect for what I have to report every year. Much better then the last program I was using.My honest opinion is this program is far more worth then the cost of it. It is a good program and backed by excellent people. I will continue with this program far past then my initial expectations.I would call them and talk to them to make sure the program will meet your needs as I know how difficult it is to start a business not knowing what to start with and/or changing systems.
