I purchased this sturdy quality set and my Handyman assembled all peices without incident except the last night stand. Handyman alleged that last night stand was faulty and screw would not go thru it. The night stand could not be assembled so I contacted company to share what my Handyman alleged was the problem. Customer service contacted me expeditiously and asked for pictures of item along with the shipping label. I had several great follow up conversations with customer service to resolve my issue. Customer service agreed to send me a replacement night stand at no cost to complete my set. This is a beautiful set that I guess will last a long time. Great customer service is really hard to come by these days. This set is heavy and sturdy. Trust me set is a great value for the money.

This is a great headboard at a great price. You can spend much more on this headboard style, but under $200 is a great deal for this. The wood is soft, so just understand that when you are putting it together on your bedframe that it will scratch, but you can color those scratches in with a Minwax marker and no one can tell. I am very pleased with this. Easy to put together. Looks fantastic and upscale!

The headboard is a great addition to my bedroom upgrade. Its sleek and sophisticated design adds the perfect moden farmhouse. I understand the complaints about getting the sides to attach, therefore I feel the instructions should be modified. When attaching the sides turn the headboard upside down hold it against the brackets then gently tap the bottom using a hammer. It works perfectly and is sturdy.

The worst piece of furniture I’ve ever put together. DO NOT recommend. What should’ve taken 30 minutes took 3+ hours. All was well until I was on the second to last step, attaching the side pieces to the back frame with the pre-attached screws and connectors. It’s supposed to be a simple step where you simply slide the screws into the grooves and then slide the boards so they lock into one another. Nothing was lining up. I had to move one of the inset mounts because it was easily 1/4” off, preventing the screw from catching. Once I lined those up, the boards still would not connect. I was forced to loosen the screws so they’d reach deep enough into the grooves to catch the metal connector. However, doing this obviously resulted in the fit not being tight. I spent most of my time on this step. That is until… I screwed the brackets into the back of the headboard. Almost immediately one of the screws broke. I thought it was a one off so I continued. After I had already measured and attached the other bracket to the wall, as I was lifting the headboard to attach the headboard bracket into the wall bracket, 3 out of the 4 screws broke off! Not only did I have to grab alternative screws (thankfully I had some handy) but I had to re-drill and re-measure because the length of the screws were broken off into the wood, so I could no longer use those holes. I’m just grateful it happened when I was working on it and not while we were sleeping. Just when I thought I’d overcome all issues, one of the side pieces decides to slide back out of the connectors. I had to lay the headboard down again so I could reattach it for the umpteenth time. As I started out, I was originally going to give 4 stars because the seams within each section of the headboard aren’t smooth. You can clearly see where the color transitions and it makes it look extremely cheap. I was prepared for the middle gap as other reviews mention, but this is the joining seams. So after the slides on the side pieces I figured I’d drop it to 3 stars. Now its 3.5 hours later and I’m left with broken screws, a cheap looking headboard, and regretting my decision to buy this so much that I’ll probably try to sell it for cheap and buy something else simply because I don’t want to look at it. So, 1 star it is.

Looks good, easy to assemble, but 1 major design flaw: the wood sides poke out on the back side, so the included bracket will not allow the headboard to attach to the wall, as it is deigned for. So, it will basically only lean up against the wall, sandwiched between the bed and wall; there is no way at all to secure it. This will damage the wall, beginning immediately. On the plus side, the seller will send reviewers $20, so look out for that generous offer.

Nice heavy headboard however the side panels were impossible to hinge in place so I left them off. Still looks great!

I absolutely love this headboard I have wanted it for yearsssss! When I finally had extra money to spare I ordered it right away! It was extremely easy to put together until it came to the side pieces. The easiest part should’ve been easy but nope I have been at it since the day it arrived to put the side pieces together. Not sure how people are doing it so effortlessly. I wish i could contact the seller to see if they could send me new legs but I can’t figure out how to do it. They align nicely but wont go in the hook mechanism. Seller, PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS! I’m sure i can’t return because i got rid of the box cause the box took up my whole living room (live in a small condo). If the seller sees this and write a wrong a wrong, I will definitely update this review. Overall it is heavy, beautiful and good quality however if you’re obsessed with this as much as I was then just know you will be taking a gamble or whether you get a good one or not. Wish i was one of the few to get a good one 😩😢.
