faulty design. All broken within a few months
bought 4 pair, 8 pcs, to replace installed drawer brackets. But they all broken one after another within a few months of usage. The product has a faulty design - all 8 have had the same small part inside broken off. The part is made of die-cast aluminum or zinc, which is very easy to break. The outside housing of the bracket is made of very hard steel plate - but all these have no use at all in terms of product durability. They all look brand new but are garbage. Not sure where get warranty info or replacement. Searched online - Harn is a company based in Malaysia?My do not recommend these products at all!!!
