Good replacement
I ordered black because I only needed to replace the adjustable band. I dont know why there are 2 screws drivers and a guitar pick. Taking the old band off was a challenge. I ended up ripping it off piece by piece, then the plastic that wrapped around it. I snapped this new band on and reused the old screws. Apparently, I was supposed to use glue, but I didn't do that and risk ruining by watch. As you can see in the picture there's a teensy little gap. So far, to me, not a big deal. I'm sure over time it will collect dust and stuff. Hopefully, it won't affect the tracker part. The band itself is flexible but it's a bit stiffer than and not as soft as the original. I prefer it this way because the original band kept ripping. The ridges are exactly the same, but deeper. I don't know if it's because it's new, but this replacement band is a darker black than the original- you can't tell unless you're for looking it.

Replaced buckling and separating FItbit Surge Band
** Update May 18, 2019**I had to update my original review. The band was great for about 5 months and it started to separate last week. Each day one side of the band loosened up more and more. It seems that on the side with the buckle, it loosened around the screws (stretched).Original Review - I love my Fitbit Surge but my band was starting to buckle and separate from the watch. This replacement fits perfectly. Looks and feels the same as the original.

just like the original band, you will be happy
Looks like the original, very simple to install, unscrew the 4 tiny screws , 2 on each band under side, peel off your old band, clean off around the face of your fitbit with the tool the looks like a guitar pick, make sure to get all the dirt that was between the old band and face so you get a nice snug fit against the face when installing the new band. the buckle side goes on the top of the watch, then all you have to do is replace the tiny screws , this will probably the hardest part, screws tiny, fingers big, just put the screw in the tiny screwdriver (included) and screw it in, best to work in a clear area just in case you drop the screw, 4 replacements are also included. you will be very happy with it

Just ok. Gaps between watch and band. Rigid rubber.
2 stars because I appreciate the value price, but that's about it. There is a noticeable gap between the band and the watch (see image). It's probably not recommended but I ended up using some glue just to get it to sit flat against the plastic tabs and not bulge out. I don't wear this watch for style - however I'm mostly concerned about dirt accumulation over time, and having to consistently get in there with a toothbrush to get the crud out. This is my second replacement band for the Surge. The first replacement 2 years prior was made by another company I think. This band seems to be a harder, more rigid rubber material than the original and first replacement band I had. It makes it a bit more difficult to take on and off. I think it remains to be seen if the rubber on this band holds up better or worse in terms of cracking and peeling.

Make sure it’s on the right sides!
So my surge is bigger on one side than the other. I didn’t think about that before placing the bands *hearing a click which I thought was indicative of it fitting* and screwing it on. No problem. Except I had the bands on the wrong ends as noticed when I first saw a gap. When I tried to correct them all hell broke loose. Unscrewing these stripped the band and the screws. Basically it’s all my fault but it would help for us idiots that don’t notice what side which band goes on right away. It’s actually pretty obvious. I ended up just supergluing it into place, which actually didn’t mess up my Fitbit, because I’m that kind of gal.

Broke in 13 months
The original band lasted for 5 years. I have bought two replacement bands. Jan 2019 and Jan 2020. Each lasted about a year before the rubber loosens around the screws on the 6 pm side of the watch on BOTH replacements. I notice competitors' bands have a 1-year warranty, so my 13-month life expectancy might need to be built into my expectations. The band was otherwise ok, both installation and life of the band.

Small is SMALL
Its perfect, easy to install. Be careful taking the screws out because they are super tiny. It's a good thing I was buying this band for my 8 year old sons Fitbit surge. The band was almost too small for his tiny wrist. If you're a female and thinking of getting the size small, SIZE UP. The small is definitely for children's wrist.

Avoid using the tool
The band looked ok, but the tool for changing over the band was so poorly cast that it stripped the screws and it was impossible to take off the old band.

Buena opción al no contar con reemplazo original
Sugiero utilizar pegamento b7000 para que la banda no se separe
